| In recent years,food quality problems occur frequently and have become the focus of people and society.By strengthening food testing,we can effectively prevent problematic food from entering the market.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the testing technology level and quality control level of the food inspection and testing laboratories to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of food detection results.So as to provide more guarantees for food safety,and make the food industry develop in a safer direction.T Company is a manufacturer of food additives.There are many problems in the process of quality control of food testing in the laboratory of T company,such as high error rate of test results,non-standard management of equipment and reagents,inadequate management of test methods,disorganized management of test environment and non-standard test reports.Only by solving these problems,the laboratory of T Company may maintain its advantages in the increasingly fierce similar testing laboratories,and win the right to speak in the market for both the laboratory and the company.Aiming at the problems found in the process of food testing quality control in T Company’s laboratory and the reasons for in-depth analysis,this study combined total quality management theory,PDCA cycle theory and ISO17025 standard with the actual situation of the laboratory,and put forward a series of improvement programs.First,optimize the personnel training process and develop quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness of the test results.Secondly,improve the management system of equipment and reagent;Third,strengthen the management of test methods;Fourth,improve the awareness of laboratory’s environment and risk management;Finally,improve the standardization of the test report.At the same time,various improvement or optimization schemes have been effectively implemented,and the implementation effect of each scheme has been continuously tracked and confirmed.This study hopes to not only help T Company’s laboratory to improve its testing technical ability and quality control level,but also provide some references for the quality control and quality assurance of other similar laboratories.It is expected that we can improve the technical ability of food testing laboratory together,so as to provide the society with more reliable and safe food products. |
