With the development of social economy and the gradual upgrading of people’s consumption structure,the aluminum products processing industry can play an important role in promoting the high-quality development of human beings,and this driving role also puts forward many new requirements for the development of aluminum products processing industry.The development of aluminum products processing enterprises in the new era needs to highlight their competitive advantages,so that they can remain invincible in the fierce market competition.Z Group is a large group focusing on aluminum products processing and production,which has a strong influence in the field of aluminum products processing and production.However,in recent years,the Group has encountered some problems in the development process,which made the Group realize that in the development stage of the Group,the development strategy cannot be static,and it must make timely adjustments,After the adjustment of the Group’s strategy,corresponding employees are required to carry out specific work.Middle managers are the backbone of the Group and have a great impact on the Group’s strategic development.In the research process,this paper chooses the middle managers of Z Group as the research object,uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to sort out the training status of the middle managers of Z Group,analyzes the problems in the training,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Specifically,this paper starts with the training status quo of Z Group’s middle managers,focusing on four aspects: training demand analysis status quo,training plan formulation status quo,training plan implementation status quo,and training effect evaluation status quo,and then analyzes the problems in the training of Z Group’s middle managers using the questionnaire survey method.The results show that the training objectives of Z Group’s middle managers are not closely related to the company’s strategic objectives,and the training design concept is backward The training demand analysis is not in place,the training plan is not targeted,and the training effect evaluation link is missing.In order to solve the problems existing in the training of the middle managers of Z Group,the training scheme of the middle managers of Z Group is optimized from the corresponding perspective to ensure that the training of the middle managers of the Group can be effectively carried out.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the author chooses to design a training program for the middle managers of Z Group from the perspective of achieving the strategic development of Z Group,hoping to help Z Group better carry out the training of middle managers,and also hope that the strategic development goals of Z Group can be realized.
