At present,the competition among enterprises is mainly about the competition of talents,and training is an important means for enterprises to build their talents team.Shandong Haike Chemical Group is a private chemical enterprise which located in Shandong Province,its pillar industry covers petroleum chemical,fine chemical,and pharmaceutical.In recent years,Haike Group gradually becomes the industry leader by its high-rapid development.In view of talents is playing an irreplaceable role for the further development and transformation of Haike Group,training has become an important work for Haike Group to build its talents team.However,because the basic work of training is relatively weak,there are lots of problems existing in training system,for example,the formation of training demand and planning is lack of scientific and reasonable basis,training resource allocation is unreasonable,the training method is relatively single,lack of sustained and effective training effect evaluation after training implementation,etc.Based on the current situation of Shandong Haike Chemical Group and further development planning,combined with the research achievement from literatures home and abroad,used the method of literatures research,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and others,on the foundation of identifying problems,this paper proposed the training system optimization measure separately from training demand,training planning,training implementation and training effect evaluation in accordance with the framework of training system model.
