| The Videolog oil and gas well visual detection technology can directly detect the working conditions in the well,and its application prospect is broad.The staff ’s mastery of the downhole conditions has achieved the effect of ’ seeing as believing ’ and ’ be clear at a glance ’.But the resolution of the downhole video image collected by the Videolog visual ultra-wide-angle logging tool is not very high,it requires the staff to put in a lot of effort to complete the video analysis and processing.Therefore,this paper designed a downhole digital high-definition IPC(network camera)module and applied it to Videolog visual ultra-wide-angle logging tool.This disign could solve the problems of low resolution and difficult storage of video images collected downhole to help staff to fully grasp the downhole situation.The downhole digital high-definition IPC module realizes 1080 P video image acquisition show more downhole details by carrying 2 million high-pixel image sensors.Due to the limited bandwidth of underground transmission,the underground digital high-definition IPC module has the function of double stream transmission,which realizes the local storage of one high-definition video and the real-time playback of one expression video,which is convenient for staff to watch and analyze underground video in real time.According to the demand analysis and working principle of the downhole digital high-definition IPC module,the overall scheme design is carried out.Hi3516EV200 is used as the main control chip,and OV2735 CMOS image sensor is used to realize the acquisition,processing,coding and compression of downhole video.Then,according to the requirements of the module,each functional module is introduced.The related technical basis is described,including video coding technology,streaming media technology,embedded system and so on.Completing the hardware design and software design of the downhole digital high-definition IPC module.The hardware is designed on the basis of the peripheral interface provided by Hi3516EV200.The image sensor module,Ethernet module,UART module,storage module,Flash module and power module are designed successively.The software design mainly realizes the video acquisition program design,video transmission program design,video parameter configuration program design and storage module monitoring program design by transplanting the Linux operating system and using the interface function provided by Hi3516EV200.Through the performance test of the downhole digital high-definition IPC module,it is confirmed that the downhole digital high-definition IPC module is reliable.It can collect,transmit,store downhole video images in a high temperature environment and work stably for a long time.It meets the performance indicators. |
