In view of the frequent disasters in underground mines and the low efficiency of traditional simulation methods,this paper,based on the analysis of the current mine simulation mechanism,constructs the three-dimensional underground model of Yanqianshan iron mine,and combines the mixed reality technology to complete the research and development of the simulation system.The system realizes real-time calculation and holographic display of disaster avoidance route and information in Hololens equipment.It makes up for the defects of low visualization and single disaster avoidance route in the traditional disaster avoidance link.This paper mainly includes the following research contents:First,the basic principles and key technologies of mixed reality are studied,and the advantages of mixed reality technology in interactivity and visualization are clarified by comparing it with other technologies.This paper discusses the significance of the research of mixed reality technology for the mine field,and provides technical support for the follow-up development of the system.Second,establish a three-dimensional mine model suitable for mixed reality system.First of all,the design data of orebody profile,geological plan and layout plan of shaft and lane are obtained,and the three-dimensional solid model of orebody,shaft and chamber is established.Secondly,3dmax software is used to modify and optimize the number of patches,normal direction,axis position and other parameters of the model.Finally,the 3D model of mine based on mixed reality system is built by importing unity3d engine.Thirdly,based on Floyd algorithm,a multi-stage and multi parameter linkage disaster avoidance model of underground mine is designed.This paper analyzes the requirements of simulation disaster avoidance system,establishes the system architecture and functional architecture,and designs the modules of system interaction,screen display,model display,simulation disaster avoidance and the third perspective function.Among them,the paper focuses on the study of the disaster avoidance method of underground mine simulation,and establishes the multi-objective and multi-path dynamic optimization method in the process of disaster avoidance.Finally,develop a simulation and disaster avoidance mixed reality system based on mrtoolkit.The system not only realizes the interactive function of voice,gesture and virtual scene,but also can simulate the optimal path to the disaster avoiding cave,shaft,ramp entrance and other disaster avoiding places through dynamic input of relevant disaster avoiding parameters,real-time calculation and holographic display.In addition,Hololens,3D printing based connector,HD camera,HD video capture card and other devices are integrated to build Spectator view system to realize the 2D display function of Hololens simulation disaster avoidance screen,and get rid of the shackles of Hololens devices.
