For the inevitable coal mine accidents,effective rescue and risk avoidance can reduce the loss of personnel and property.This paper takes Fucun coal industry as the research background and studies and develops the mine hedging route decision system based on the shortcomings of emergency rescue.In this paper,a set of mine safe-haven route decision-making system based on the best path planning of the floyd algorithm is developed.This system can dynamically plan the safe-haven route in combination with the damage of the mine,and visually display it to the trapped people through the electronic map.This paper first studies the optimal hedging route planning based on the floyd algorithm.The floyd algorithm has the advantages of small amount of calculations,calculating the shortest path problem from multiple points to multiple points,and suitable for the route planning of the mine network.Then based on the C # language,MySQL Database,and using MO GIS as the map operation engine,the system's requirements analysis and floyd algorithm-based optimal path planning,GIS management,blocking information settings,client management,node broadcast management and other functional designs were completed;The coding implementation of each functional module of the mine's risk-avoidance route decision-making system,as well as function and performance testing,the system has the conditions for online operation.In the system design,the waterfall model development model in software engineering is used to introduce the business requirements,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,architecture design,business process design,database design and function module realization of the mine hedging route decision system.And the main function interface and other content.At present,the mine hedging route decision-making system has been deployed and operated,and it has played an important role in guiding the evacuation of trapped miners in the emergency rescue drill of Fucun Coal Industry.The dissertation has 35 figures,14 tables,54 references.
