| In the current world,one of the most important environmental issues is the greenhouse effect caused by excessive CO2emissions.As the world’s largest emitter of CO2,China’s historical greenhouse gas emissions are second only to those of the U.S.For China,it faces both the pressure of a deteriorating external environment and the need for internal sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary and incumbent upon China to take active measures and assume responsibility for reducing carbon emissions.Chongqing,as an important economic center in the upper reaches of Yangtze River and an important strategic pivot point of the western development,is facing a very serious task of carbon emission reduction due to the accelerated population gathering in the past 20 years,the dramatic growth of energy consumption,and the continuous expansion of the city scale.Therefore,the active implementation of emission reduction measures and the development of appropriate carbon reduction strategies can not only protect the ecological environment,but also maintain sustainable economic and social development.In addition,the carbon emission of electric coal enterprises has a certain scale,and electric coal as a link between coal enterprises and coal-fired power plants organically forms the supply chain of electric coal enterprises,which generates a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions in the coal mining,transportation and consumption processes.Based on this background,this paper firstly analyzes the carbon emission data of each industrial sector in Chongqing in 2017 by using the input-output method,energy consumption method and industrial correlation analysis method,and constructs a model to measure the carbon emission of industrial sectors and assess the strength of inter-industry correlation from different perspectives,and analyzes the current situation of carbon emission of each industrial sector in Chongqing on the production side,demand side and supply side.The results of the analysis show that the sectors with higher carbon emissions on the production side include:electricity and heat production and supply,non-metallic mineral products,wholesale and retail,coal mining products,and metal smelting and rolling products,etc.The sectors with higher carbon emissions on the demand side include:construction,other service sectors,food and tobacco,wholesale and retail,and transportation equipment,The sectors with high carbon emissions on the supply side include:other service sectors,electricity and heat production and supply sectors,wholesale and retail sectors,coal mining products,and non-metallic mineral products.Based on the conclusion of the analysis of the current situation of carbon emissions from various industries in Chongqing,the carbon emission reduction strategy of electric and coal enterprises is studied by using the theory related to system dynamics to take X coal enterprise under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.Ltd.and Y coal plant of China Huaneng Group Co.,Ltd.in Chongqing,China,to construct a system simulation model of the whole process of carbon emission of electric coal enterprises.In comparison,the carbon trading policy has a relatively delayed effect on emission reduction,but the negative impact on the profit of each node in the supply chain is also smaller.Finally,this study provides relevant policy recommendations for carbon emissions in Chongqing based on the results of the analysis of the current situation of carbon emissions in each industrial sector in Chongqing and the results of the simulation study of key enterprise examples,which have important reference value for the Chongqing municipal government to formulate relevant energy conservation and emission reduction policies. |
