Pleurotus eryngii,the scientific name of "Pleurotus eryngii",belongs to cold and warm edible fungi,medicinal and edible value is very high.Mushroom enterprises scale annual production,sorting,packaging and sales,the application of automation technology and production line processing technology can improve the production efficiency of mushroom products.Based on this,the control system of the original air conditioning packaging production line is studied and the optimization and improvement design method is given.According to the research status of packaging processing technology of agricultural products,the advantages of automation and intelligent industrial technology and future development direction of packaging processing of agricultural product lines at home and abroad were summarized,and the research program and technical route were planned.Combined with the enterprise field investigation,machine vision and robot are added on the basis of the original air conditioning packaging production line.Combined with the sorting process,packaging process and detection process,design a set of production line control system with S7-1200 PLC as the core,responsible for controlling the conveyor belt transport speed and start-stop positioning,packaging machine packaging speed,ET200SP for I/O port to increase the margin,KTP1200 touch screen and upper computer virtual and solid mutual control of Pleube eryngii gas control packaging production line control system.The production line control system uses Factory IO software to complete the simulation debugging and experimental platform experiment verification.Lab VIEW software as the upper computer through NI OPC and PLC communication connection,write visual program;The CCD camera is used for image preprocessing,median filtering,OTSU method binarization and Canny edge detection algorithm to determine the minimum template matching after the edge of the target positioning,calculate the actual coordinates and deflection Angle,deflection error within 0.5°.Analyze and analyze the data,save and upload it to the cartesian robot control system through Profinet communication;The conveyor belt frequency converter can adjust the speed by frequency conversion,and the crisper and packing box can be accurately located in real time by photoelectric sensor.End effector PTP precise suction crisper neatly placed in the packaging box error control within 0.1mm,complete packing.The system reliability analysis theory and FTA analysis method are applied to build a multi-level fault tree for the robot,qualitatively analyze its composition organization and fault source,quantitatively calculate the failure rate of each component,and summarize and propose effective measures to improve the reliability of the system.For mushroom enterprises,air conditioning packaging production line can effectively improve mushroom production efficiency,reduce production costs,ensure product quality,and improve the technical level of Pleurotus eryngii packaging production equipment is of great significance.
