Edible fungus is a common material on the table.Lots of people love Edible fungus for its freshness and delicious taste.Pleurotus eryngii is an outstanding representative of common edible mushrooms in China.Because of its unique taste and high nutritional value similar to abalone,it has a good name of "plain abalone",which is loved by more and more people.The cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii has developed from semi underground plastic shed to greenhouse culture,and the cultivation technology has also developed from original seasonal cultivation to annual high-yield cultivation technology.In the face of the increasing production of Pleurotus eryngii year by year,the application of automation technology and production line processing mode to the separation and packaging of Pleurotus eryngii can improve its commercial value and product competitiveness.In view of this situation,this paper studies and designs the separation and packaging production line and its control system.First of all,according to the research status of agricultural product sorting,processing and packaging technology,the application characteristics and development trend of production line automation technology in recent years at home and abroad are summarized,and the research scheme and technical route are determined.Based on the analysis of the advantages of the production line and the advantages of the application of the production line technology to the process flow of the separation and packaging of edible mushroom,combined with the field investigation of the enterprise,the roller type separation mode and the air-conditioned fresh-keeping packaging process of Pleurotus eryngii were designed.Based on the research and analysis of the key processing equipment of the mushroom separation and packaging production line,the mushroom separation and packaging production line was determined according to the production and processing technology requirements and the processing process.Secondly,the control system of the production line is designed according to the overall design scheme.Finally,a set of Siemens s7-1200 PLC is designed for the production line of mushroom sorting and packaging.Et200sp is used as the distributed I/O and Siemens ktp1200 is used as the control core The simplified touch screen is used as the control system of the production line of edible fungus separation and packaging,and the control system is simulated and debugged by TIA software and verified by the laboratory platform experiment.The speed control strategy of the production line conveyor belt is studied by the Simulink simulation test module of MATLAB software,and PID control method is selected for the frequency conversion speed control of the production line conveyor belt.Finally,the theory of system reliability analysis is studied,and the fat analysis method is used to study the reliability of the fresh-keeping packaging machine.The multi-level fault tree of the fresh-keeping packaging machine is established by collecting and sorting the faults occurred in the process of using.The structure and fault cause of the fault tree are analyzed qualitatively,the fault rate is calculated quantitatively,and the measures to enhance the system reliability are put forward after the system combing.This production line and control system mainly complete multiple production and processing processes,such as the classification and automatic packaging of Pleurotus eryngii,which can pack 600-1200 boxes of Pleurotus eryngii per hour;for the mushroom industry enterprises,the production line of the separation and packaging of Pleurotus eryngii can greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce the enterprise cost,ensure the product quality,and improve the commercial value and product competitiveness of Pleurotus eryngii.
