| In the pipeline inspection process,the detector is under the action of the high pressure medium conveyed in the pipeline,due to the high pressure thrust and the friction between the drive cup and the pipe wall,self-excited vibration will be generated,which will bring harm to the pipeline inspection work,May result in distortion of the data record of the detector or damage to the structure.In order to reduce or avoid the failure of the pipeline detector due to excitation,it is very necessary to try to solve the problem of self-excited vibration of the pipeline detector.This article comprehensively uses the theoretical knowledge of various disciplines,combined with engineering practice,and on the basis of a large number of experiments,solves the vibration suppression of the pipeline internal detector during the working process.This paper takes the realization of the vibration suppression system of the pipeline internal detector as the research goal,and builds the pipeline internal detector vibration suppression experimental platform.Aiming at the narrow working environment of the pipeline internal detector,the conventional testing instrument cannot follow the detector into the pipeline,and the metal pipeline cannot The measurement information is transmitted by radio signals,and the use of too long measurement cables in the experimental pipeline will cause a series of problems such as interference.Combining LabVIEW and virtual instrument technology,a small-volume offline pipeline internal detector measurement system is constructed,which realizes the detection of data.Offline preprocessing and recording.On this basis,the pipeline internal detector simulation operation experiment was carried out,and the relevant time domain and frequency domain analysis of the experimental data was carried out.In view of the unclear friction model of the vibration suppression system in the pipeline,the control process mechanism is more complex,the controller performance is limited,and it is difficult to deploy complex control algorithms.After repeated comparison and theoretical verification,the "improved single neuron adaptive"PID algorithm" is preferably determined as the control algorithm of the system.On the basis of the above work,based on the NI-CRIO hardware platform,combined with the steering gear server and its auxiliary structure,a pipeline shock absorber vibration suppression system was constructed.Through repeated experiments and comparisons,the effectiveness and reliability of the vibration suppression system for the detector in the pipeline are verified. |
