| Underground operations in high-altitude mines are a typical high-risk industry.Due to the extreme environment on the plateau, their safety production requirements are constantly increasing.High-cold and high-altitude mines not only have higher requirements for equipment and equipment, but the greater threat is that their own cold,low-pressure and oxygen-deficient environment poses no small challenge to the safe operation of operators. In addition, the relatively backward industrial foundation and the physical and psychological problems caused by the operators themselves working in the mining area for many years are also difficult problems that cannot be ignored in the safety production of mining enterprises.Human unsafe behavior is the main cause of mine accidents, but in essence it comes from the employees’insufficient ability to operate safely. In order to ensure the production efficiency and the safety of the production process, and to effectively prevent accidents,it is of great significance to study the safety behavior and operation ability of underground personnel in mines. This paper uses research methods such as questionnaire survey, field testing and data analysis, and theoretical models to analyze and study the safe operation ability of underground mine operators. In the eye movement experiment part, the Tobii Glasses eye tracker was selected as the eye movement experiment test instrument. The operator was asked to watch three accident scene videos before and after the operation. The obtained eye movement experiment results and analysis showed that the pupil diameter of the operator after the operation The overall size showed a downward trend. The operator was affected by the high altitude and caused fatigue, thus neglecting the unsafe state that should be paid attention to,which led to a series of accidents.Use BD-Ⅱ-509A multiple reaction time tester and BD-Ⅱ-121 time perception tester to conduct field test of behavior characteristics, and print data records before and after shifts through the equipment.By letting employees fill out questionnaires before and after shifts to obtain their subjective fatigue feelings,MP160 is used to collect physiological information of employees before and after shifts, and SPSS25.0 is used to perform a paired sample T test on the two sets of data. And select the index with obvious changes, and construct the corresponding safety capability value f.Establish a Bayesian fatigue recognition model, analyze the probability of fatigue based on the operating environment, personal attributes, and original fatigue of the operator, compare it with the result of the operator’s own fatigue scale, and verify the validity of the model.Establish the evaluation system of mine operators’ safe operation ability based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive theory, innovatively introduce specific physiological indicators, and use the K-value cluster analysis method to provide certain reference standards for scoring operators. |
