China's coal resources are relatively rich,which is one of the main energy sources in China.Coal resources occupy an important position in China.Due to complex terrain,environment,internal structure,various mining methods and internal management model,the influence of such factors in the process of production will inevitably be roof,gas disaster,water damage,fire,coal dust,the five common threat,often accompanied by the occurrence of disasters,coal mine production safety emergency management problem is still outstanding.With the development of society,coal mine emergency management work has been paid more and more attention,China's coal mine emergency system is becoming more and more perfect.Through literature research,it is found that although many scholars in China around the coal mine make many contributions on emergency capability assessment,but most are concentrated in a coal mine accident or overall coal mine disaster accident emergency management capability study.Either the research object is not outstanding and the evaluation result is vague,or the research object is too single and not representative.Due to five coal mine disaster emergency management ability study is less,and disaster is the main coal mine disasters,more representative,so in this paper,five major coal mine disasters as the research object,to build five coal mine disaster emergency management capability evaluation index system and evaluation model of coal mine by five big disaster emergency management capacity evaluation research.First,on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge,collecting a large number of information about the coal mine five disasters and coal mine emergency management ability,consulting domestic and foreign literature on coal mine disaster emergency management ability research and asking relevant experts,to clarify the research status of coal mine emergency management ability.Guided by the principle of index selection,the evaluation indexes were summarized,classified and improved through literature research,factors affecting coal mine emergency management and expert advice,and the final evaluation index system was obtained,which include 4 first-level indexes,10 secondlevel indexes,22 third-level indexes and 110 fourth-level indexes respectively.Secondly,the method of combining subjective and objective is used to calculate the weight of evaluation index of each level.Because of too many evaluation indexes and distinct levels,this paper introduces multi-level(five-level)fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the coal mine emergency management ability of five disasters.Finally,the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model applied to the instance,the results show that the five major coal mine disaster emergency management ability in the "good" levels,but level 3 and level 4 there is a "medium" level.In view of the differences between the indexes,find out the mine five major advantages and disadvantages of disaster emergency management capability.In view of the deficiency,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to specific cases.Figure 10 Table 45 Reference 77...
