Mechanical internal locking cylinder is a new type of common actuator that bears heavy loads,it requires high dimensional and geometric accuracy in the manufacturing process because of its special locking principle,its precision control requirements in the manufacturing process are more difficult to guarantee,therefore,it is necessary to use precision measuring instruments to measure the shape error of its key components(roundness,cylindricity of any section,straightness and parallelism of the plain line)to match the appropriate locking fittings.However,the tested cylinder is a deep hole part,the long diameter is relatively large,and the measurement space is relatively tight,existing measurement schemes or measurement equipment are unable to accurately measure the corresponding geometric parameters of cylinders of different specifications.Therefore,the development of a geometric error measuring instrument with high measurement accuracy and suitable for sampling the inner surface of deep holes has important practical significance and engineering application value.This subject comes from the major basic research project of the First Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation,which was undertaken by Shanxi Aerospace Tsinghua Equipment Co.,Ltd.and commissioned by Northeastern University to develop.This paper is based on a large number of relevant documents in the field of deep hole measurement at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes deep hole measurement technology,error separation technology and data processing methods,establishes a polar coordinate mathematical model suitable for measuring cylindricity and other geometric errors in cylinder bores,analyzes the related single-term influence error,and derives the parallelism evaluation method in a given plane;In order to improve the measurement accuracy,the main error items of the measurement system are analyzed,a new mathematical model for error separation of the linear motion of the guide rail and a motion separation model for the error motion of the turntable are proposed;The number of sampling points that should be collected reasonably when evaluating the error of sampling cross-section and projection cross-section is explored;In this paper,the roundness and cylindricity errors are measured by the measurement method based on the radius change by analyzing the structural characteristics and expected functions of each part of the measuring instrument;A mechanical and hardware system of cylinder measuring instrument is designed and built,the system can realize precise motion control of X,Y and around Z three-dimensionality and precise sampling of five-channel analog signals.The measurement principle of using a given standard base ring series for calibration to obtain the ideal diameter of the cylinder bore of different specifications is proposed;In this paper,a set of software that can collect and process data of the shape and position error of the inner hole of the locking cylinder is developed through the LabVIEW platform,the software can not only connect to the servo control system for precise control of the X,Y and around the Z three-axis directions,connect to the data acquisition system based on NI data acquisition card for acquisition,it also realizes the functions of real-time storage,data processing,data query and printing reports by connecting to the Access database.The developed measuring instrument for the geometric parameters of the inner surface of the deep hole of the locking cylinder has been manufactured and is under final assembly and debugging,At present,the laboratory measurement and control experiments that have been completed show that:the various controls of the measuring instrument can realize the predetermined design functions,and the measurement uncertainty of the measuring device can meet the requirements of the measurement task.
