In 2020,the launch of S City’s ten special actions “Accelerate the improvement of quality and efficiency of land space,achieve high-quality sustainable development”,S City’s land resource optimization has moved to a new historical level.The loose supply of construction land has provided strong support for the socialist modernization drive.The continuous increase in demand and the tightening of land resources will undoubtedly bring certain development constraints to the city,which is forced to start transformation and upgrading.This paper integrates the relevant materials of relevant stock construction land at home and abroad,starts from the actual situation of District A,S City,and realizes the efficient use of construction land through environmental monitoring management.Taking district A of S City as the research object,through literature research,interview,case study and other methods,combined with relevant monitoring data,the land environment in this area is reasonably planned.Carry out targeted monitoring management research according to different needs,and put forward relevant plans and opinions.According to the general situation of stock construction land in district A of S City,this paper makes a reasonable optimization analysis of stock construction land from the following three aspects.The first is to clarify the responsibilities and rights of relevant departments,fully reflect the government functions in environmental monitoring management,and actively advocate the effect of public participation in the applicability of existing construction land;The second is to promote the design of scientific methods for environmental monitoring management.Design and layout the existing construction land and play a guiding role.At the same time,the timely communication of information can mobilize all social subjects to participate in it and achieve the purpose of optimizing resource allocation;The third is to strengthen the adaptability of existing construction land and urban development.Through the collation and verification of environmental monitoring data,the planning of various functional areas of the city will be promoted,and the industrial structure will be transformed and upgraded to achieve the best utilization of resources.In this way,urban renewal development can be promoted through the rational use of stock construction land.
