CD Environmental Monitoring Station Development Strategy

With China's rapid economic development, continue to push forward the urbanization process and the increasingly serious environmental situation, the Government pay more attention to environmental protection, China's environmental protection industry in the growing and development. Environmental monitoring industry as a branch of the environmental protection industry, has also been rapid development.CD Environmental Monitoring Station as a environmental protection institutions, are testing technology intermediary service institutions, in addition to the local government to provide the data basis for environmental protection departments, but also for the public to provide high quality environmental monitoring services and environmental protection-related technical services. In the new situation, CD environment monitoring station only using reasonable development strategies, and constantly enhance its competitiveness in order for the healthy development.This paper aims at offering suggestions in how to improve the development strategy in environment monitoring by observing and analysing the development strategies of CD from the aspect of business management.It includes five chapters. The first chapter describes the general situation of the environment monitoring section and CD. Environmental monitoring stations are given CD Development and the stand development of the main problems. In Chapter Two, the author undertakes a SWOT analysis of CD and in the following chapter an analysis of the target setting of its development strategy. Chapter Tour and Chapter Five discuss the selection, implementation and the control of strategies of CD.This paper attempts to CD Environmental Monitoring Station of the development strategies of some developing ideas and proposals within its capacity.
