The causes of construction risk events are complex and diverse,threatening the lives of people and causing significant property damage.In the face of the construction industry with a large number of employees and complex construction processes,it has become an important issue for construction managers to identify and clarify risk factors comprehensively and accurately,and to ensure the efficiency of risk management programs to achieve the management goal of minimizing the incidence of risk events.In this paper,based on the data provided in the official safety accident reports and theories related to risk management,we introduce the data mining method into the risk index screening process,realize the combination of ISM model and MICMAC method to analyze the risk factors,and establish the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to complete the construction risk evaluation.With the case study of a large electronic industrial park project in S province,we realize the deep analysis of the risk indicators of the project,find the paths and principles of action between the main risk factors,determine the risk level,and put forward targeted reference suggestions accordingly.With the help of data mining correlation analysis method to realize the screening of risk factors from the extraction of causes of accidents,the screening factors are jointly analyzed with related literature to determine 24 main risk indicators to realize the construction construction risk indicator system;then by combining the analysis of ISM model and MICMAC method,the hierarchy of main construction risk factors is divided into 7 levels,and the risk factors with greater dependency There are10 kinds of risk factors,including violation of rules and regulations,etc.The safety production responsibility system,safety rules and regulations,supervision by relevant government departments and supervision by supervisors have strong driving force.The 10 risk factors with high dependency are the important causes of safety accidents;the production safety responsibility system,safety regulations,supervision by relevant government departments and supervision by supervisors are the key risk factors in risk management;the safety risk level in the construction stage of the project is determined as medium-high risk with the help of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to achieve the scientific and practical verification of the model and method.The scientific and practical validation of the model and method is achieved.Finally,the analysis results of the model and method are combined to propose targeted measures for building construction risk management,which will provide a reference basis for future building construction risk management.
