Research Of H Enterprise Data Center Construction Project Risk Management

Data center construction plays an irreplaceable role to improve the level of oil and gas exploration and development efficiency.Development of petroleum engineering technology has been accompanied by the application and popularization of information technology in the oil field.At this stage,the specific application of hardware and software system is the core of information technology.But the application of information technology is also accompanied by the loss of data,calculation errors and a series of risks,how to avoid the risks arising from the use of information technology is the basi c issue of information projects.Based on the above background,H corporate data center construction project is studied in this paper.Risk factors which impact the project of construction were summed up based on the risk management theory and construction project risk management situation as well as field research of H enterprise data center construction projects.Problems of H data center construction project were pointed out: risk management consciousness is weak,mechanism is imperfect and standardized risk management information system is defective.Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the strength of their risk,and H corporate data center construction project risk management measures were put forward.
