Research Of Enterprise Informatization Scheme For S Hazardous Waste Treatment

In the era of information civilization,China’s industrial industry has given birth to the policy of "driving industrialization with informatization and promoting informatization with industrialization".Especially for traditional industrial enterprises,the degree of informatization of enterprises directly determines whether they can complete the transformation from traditional industrialized manufacturing and management mode to digital mode which is characterized by integration,informatization and networking.The enterprise informatization construction should be based on the current situation of enterprise management,match with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and consider external industry development environment and national policies and guidelines.This requires that the enterprise’s strategic objectives and information construction objectives are in line with national development direction,and the information system based on this foundation can meet the long-term strategic development needs of enterprises.With the improvement of China’s industrial system,industrialization level and industrial product output,the quantity of hazardous waste generated and discharged in China has increased dramatically.A large number of hazardous waste has become one of the main constraints for sustainable,healthy and green development of China’s industrial.The establishment and improvement of hazardous waste management information system provides more ideas for the treatment and management of hazardous waste.How to use advanced information technology to establish an effective management system and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the focus of attention of hazardous waste disposal enterprises.This paper takes the design and research of the informationization scheme of S hazardous waste treatment enterprise as the object,and discusses the theory of informationization construction and the research status at home and abroad.Based on the development environment,business process and development strategy of S enterprise,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the industry in order to clarify the information development strategy.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current informatization status of S enterprise,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the current system of the enterprise,the problems existing in the informatization construction of S enterprise are pointed out,and comprehensively applies the strategic set transfer method(SST)and critical success factor method(CSF)to analyze the needs of enterprise informatization construction,and finally determines the strategic goal of enterprise informatization construction of S enterprise.The ‘six management platforms’,including sales information management platform,enterprise operation management platform,design and R & D management platform,intelligent production management platform,decision & analysis management platform and information system support platform,are proposed.Through the implementation of the six management platforms,we can break through the data transmission barriers in sales,R & D,production,quality,operation and management of S enterprise,shorten the data retention point and retention time,and improve enterprise performance.At the same time,this paper analyzes the risks in the process of decision-making,software,implementation and operation of S enterprise informatization construction,and puts forward countermeasures for various risks,and puts forward organization,personnel,technology,capital and management guarantee measures to comprehensively promote the informatization construction of S enterprise,improve the digital coverage of enterprise,realize the whole life cycle management and fine management of products.Finally,S enterprise can successfully transform from traditional enterprises to modern enterprises.
