With the rapid development of domestic industry,environment protection topic has acquired more and more attention from the public.Hazardous wastes is one of the biggest solid wastes to the ecological environment.Not only because of the water carrier damage,personal damage,and ecology damage,but because of its diversity and processing difficulty,which leads to the high threshold of processing technology and high difficulty of resource utilization.At present,many kinds of disposal methods can't decrease the high quantity of hazardous waste.Rotary kiln incineration disposal method with its perfect technology design and powerful reduction capacity currently has become the priority technology of hazardous waste disposal in China.According to the actual demand for hazardous waste disposal in a chemical industrial park,this paper has designed the rotary kiln incineration disposal scheme including incineration process,burning equipment structure calculation,refractory materials and the compilation of the equipment list.The processing mainly uses the widely-used technology scheme and the structural calculation uses trial algorithm to verify core parameters.Besides,the compilation of refractory material and equipment list has well taken into consideration of production surplus to meet the production requirements.While designing the process,this paper has conducted a long-term field survey upon three hazardous waste enterprises in the southeast coast which use the method of rotary kiln incineration disposal.Through the communication with production management employees and the summary analysis of the production parameter,we optimize the methods for solving operation problems,e.g.improving some burning parameters setting,optimizing the adjusting method of main parameters and renovating some technology.All above improvement has provided help for enterprise operation and production.Simultaneously,this article has compiled the accident forecast manual based on the frequent faults in operation and influential accidents,and has put forward management strategies in this process.Main ideas of this article include reasonable arrangement of daily work,enhancement of front-end control,attention to the scene,and enhancement of accident expectations.Process scheme design has strong guiding influence on the production management on the scene,and the operation optimization promotes the efficiency increase,also the management strategies provides organization measures for high-efficiency operation.This article provides technical support for safe,efficient and stable hazardous waste disposal of rotary kiln method.
