With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and rapid economic development,the rapid expansion of urban scale,a large number of green space and natural space has been occupied,human activities and urban construction bring great challenges to the ecological environment carrying capacity.Severe environmental problems lead to the development of human respiratory system from health to disease,and human respiratory health is seriously threatened.The spatial distribution of green infrastructure was analyzed by morphological spatial pattern analysis and landscape pattern index analysis.Spatial autocorrelation analysis was used to analyze the spatial distribution of hospitalized children with respiratory diseases.Standard deviation ellipse analysis was used to analyze the variation characteristics.Geographical detector analysis was used to analyze the spatial distribution of green infrastructure and inpatients with pediatric respiratory diseases 。 To clarify the spatial distribution characteristics and change characteristics of air pollutants from green infrastructure and inpatients with pediatric respiratory diseases,and to clarify the impact of pollution sources from green infrastructure on the spatial distribution of inpatients with pediatric respiratory diseases combined with the spatial distribution characteristics of POI data from urban road network 。 It was found that the spatial distribution of hospitalized children with respiratory diseases changed in the same direction with the change of green infrastructure.The spatial distribution of hospitalized children with respiratory diseases changed with the spatial distribution of key air pollution investigation units 。 The aggregation of spatial distribution of children with respiratory diseases was positively correlated with the density of urban road network POI.Based on the research results,suggestions for the optimization of green infrastructure in Hengyang city were proposed in order to improve children’s respiratory diseases:(1)Combined with hengyang city air key investigation unit space location of the wind direction of the city road network,in the highway railway city main road on both sides of the construction of protective green space,in the industrial concentrated distribution area around the construction of shelter forest.(2)According to the spatial distribution characteristics of different air pollutants,zoning planning should be carried out to build green infrastructure with clear uses or special use forests.(3)In combination with POI density characteristics,improve the construction of green infrastructure in the old city,and build open space in combination with local wind environment characteristics to speed up air circulation;Second,the aim is to increase children’s exposure to nature.(1)Based on the standard of 5min green space,increase the number of street green space and pocket park,and improve the attraction of existing natural space.(2)Improve the construction of large-scale comprehensive park according to the green space standard of 15 minutes.
