As the supporting system and carrier of social economic activities, transportation infrastructure can promote the free and orderly flow of people, logistics, capital and other factors.Transportation infrastructure plays an important supporting role in ensuring the orderly progress of the entire social activity and the continuous development of social and economic activities. In the context of advancing the high-quality co-construction of “The Belt and Road” and vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,in the face of resource crises and environmental pollution, the concept of green economic development has emerged, and the green development of transportation infrastructure is an inevitable choice. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of “The Belt and Road”domestic key provincial transportation infrastructure construction on green total factor productivity.Based on the network and externalities of transportation infrastructure, and based on the new economic geography and spatial econometric theory,a Spatial Dubin Model is used to study the impact of the development of transportation infrastructure on key economies in “The Belt and Road” domestic provinces on the green economy.First of all, this paper comprehensively analyzes the transportation infrastructure of key provinces in “The Belt and Road”.The results show that the transportation density of key provinces in “The Belt and Road” has increased rapidly from 2005 to2017,but there are also problems such as unreasonable structure and large spatial distribution differences.Second, using the DEA to measure the Malmquist index as the green economic efficiency of the key provinces in “The Belt and Road”,to analyze the status of green total factor productivity in each province. The research shows that the key domestic provinces of “The Belt and Road” have achieved a certain increase in green total factor productivity between 2004 and 2017,and the overall trend is rising.Thirdly, this paper builds a spatial econometric model from the perspective of spatial spillover, empirically studies the impact of “The Belt and Road”domestic key provincial transportation infrastructure on green total factor productivity and spatial spillover effects, and compares and analyzes the measurement results.Empirical research shows that “The Belt and Road” domestic key provincial transportation infrastructure has a significant promotion effect on green total factor productivity, and there is a space spillover effect. Finally, based on the empirical analysis results, combined with the current development of “The Belt and Road” domestic key provinces' transportation infrastructure and existing problems, this article puts forward a series of targeted recommendations and countermeasures. The specific recommendations are as follows:First,we must strengthen the policy tilt and investment construction for the development of transportation infrastructure in relatively backward provinces. The second is to actively promote industrial structure adjustment and green transformation, and build a regional green industrial system. The third is to classify the provinces according to their development, strengthen regional cooperation, and give full play to the advantages of each region.
