At present,small and medium-sized enterprises of our country play an irreplaceable role in the process of promoting efficient social economic operation,but it is inevitable to meet many difficulties and problems.Among them,the company’s productivity is hindered by low employee satisfaction.For small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,front-line employees are the basis of production and manufacturing,and account for a relatively high proportion of the enterprise staff structure.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of front-line employees and improve the satisfaction of front-line employees is a problem that needs to be considered by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.S Company,located in Xuchang City,Henan Province,is a manufacturing enterprise whose main business is the production and sale of hair products.This enterprise occupies an important position in the local area,but it also faces the problem of low employee satisfaction.This paper selects the front-line employees of S Company as the research object,draws on numerous literature materials,and takes the two-factor theory as the basis,comprehensively considers the actual situation of S company,and builds a theoretical analysis framework: that is,the analysis is carried out from four aspects:working background,salary and welfare,personal development,and interpersonal relationship.Through questionnaires,this paper analyzes the satisfaction status of frontline employees of S Company from different positions,age,gender,length of service,education,marital status and other dimensions,so as to explore the real root cause of the problems affecting the satisfaction of frontline employees of the enterprise.The main problems are as follows:lack of incentive mechanism for salary and welfare;Lack of rest time;Neglect of career planning for frontline employees;The information sharing channel among employees is not smooth.Based on the above research,and on the basis of hierarchy of needs theory,equity theory and expectation theory,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the satisfaction of frontline employees of S Company: establishing a comprehensive and complete compensation system,optimizing incentive assessment and reward and punishment mechanism;Adjust the working rest time reasonably to relieve the working pressure of frontline staff;Set up a fair promotion system for front-line employees and create a diversified training program;Improve the career development planning of frontline staff;Build an experience sharing and communication platform to enrich the forms of team culture building activities.Strive to find a way to improve the satisfaction of frontline employees,better stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve the production and operation efficiency of enterprises.
