| Maritime transportation plays a vital role in economic development,and waterway,as a key link of maritime transportation,has the characteristics of large ship traffic flow and dense routes,so the navigable safety of waterway has great research value and significance.As an uncertain research object,navigation safety has the characteristics of gray and fuzzy.At the same time,from the perspective of the water traffic safety system composed of“people,boats,environment and management”,many factors affect the safety of navigation,but most scholars only when on the navigation safety assessment for certain factors in-depth research,resulting in influencing factors to consider not comprehensive,make the final evaluation result is not accurate;In the comprehensive evaluation of navigation safety,the final evaluation result is not accurate due to the unreasonable selection of evaluation model.Therefore,it is very necessary to select a comprehensive evaluation index system and a suitable evaluation model to evaluate the navigation safety of the waterway.Through combing relevant literature,it is found that AHP-EW grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is suitable for navigation safety evaluation of ship channel.Firstly,based on "people,ship,environment and management",the initial evaluation index system is constructed.Considering the overlapping and miscellaneous problems among each index,the principal component analysis method is used to screen the evaluation index,so as to establish the final evaluation index system.Secondly,considering the influence of subjectivity and objectivity on the evaluation index weight,the AHP method is used to assign subjective weight to the index,and the entropy weight method is used to assign objective weight to the index.Then,according to the navigation safety of uncertainty and fuzziness,gray characteristic,introduced the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to simulate the navigation safety assessment,and validated in Tianjin Dagusha channel,for example,it is concluded that Dagusha in "safer" level,using hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for comparison at the same time,verify the accuracy of the evaluation results.Finally,the main influencing factors are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to provide theoretical basis for ensuring the navigation safety of ship channel.The safety evaluation of waterway navigation based on AHP-EW grey fuzzy comprehensive model weakens the influence of subjective and objective factors on the weight of evaluation indexes,enriches the evaluation system of maritime traffic safety,and is of great significance to ensure the navigation safety of shipping channels. |
