Navigation Safety Analysis And Evaluation Of Harbor Waterways

With the increase of the number of navigation vessels,the increase of the tonnage of the ship foundation and the increase of the density of trade routes between ports,the traffic environment of the whole route has changed greatly,and the situation of water traffic chaos has appeared.Maritime accidents occur frequently,which brings great economic loss to the port shipping industry of our country.Based on the analysis of port navigation safety system,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation standard of port navigation safety,and determines the weight of each layer index.Comprehensive evaluation of port navigation safety is realized.Taking Dalian Bay port as an example,the ship navigation safety analysis and evaluation are carried out.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)By using the safety analysis method-PHA and FT A,the port related index data obtained from the field investigation are sorted out,and the safety of the navigation system is analyzed,and the structural importance of the main risk factors affecting the port navigation safety is obtained.The ranking result provides an effective reference for the establishment of evaluation system.(2)According to the selection principle of navigable environment evaluation index,the navigational safety evaluation system is established.By synthesizing all kinds of port building design codes and relevant legal provisions,the corresponding risk classification standard is established for each index,and on this basis,the weight of relevant indexes of port shipping industry is obtained by using AHP.(3)Taking Dalian Bay port as an example,the navigable safety of port waters is analyzed and evaluated synthetically.Thirteen representative principal component indexes are selected from the evaluation system of port shipping industry in Dalian Bay by using PCA method.The safety of navigation environment in Dalian Bay is evaluated and the safety index is obtained.The safety analysis and comprehensive evaluation of Dalian Bay port are given in this paper,and the improvement measures and suggestions for port navigation safety are put forward.(4)Based on the visual function of MATLAB GUI,the evaluation system of navigable safety in port waters is designed,and the related index data of port shipping industry are processed efficiently,which is suitable for the analysis and evaluation of navigable safety of ports at present.
