Research On The Impact Of Environmental Regulation And Green Technology Cooperative Innovation On Environmental Performance Of Heavy Pollution Enterprises

At present,China is transforming from rich to strong.Economic development and ecological environment protection are the two bottom lines to achieve high-quality development,and heavy polluting enterprises are the important subjects to achieve national energy conservation and emission reduction and industrial upgrading.Therefore,the green innovation behavior of heavy polluting enterprises is particularly important.Environmental regulation is the external driving force of the development of the enterprise transformation,is a key factor to promote green technology innovation;cooperative innovation is an effective way of green technology progress,but at the moment about the relationship between environmental regulation and enterprise cooperative innovation is less,also lack of attention to the role of situational factors,so research on green technology cooperative innovation.It is helpful to explore the mechanism and path of environmental regulation’s effect on environmental performance through green technology cooperative innovation,understand the characteristics of green technology development,and put forward more targeted conclusions.In this paper,literature related to environmental regulation,cooperative innovation and environmental performance are sorted out and studied.Relevant data of heavy pollution enterprises from 2010 to 2017 are selected for empirical study.Panel model is used to analyze the impact of three environmental regulations on corporate green technology cooperative innovation and environmental performance.In addition,the influence mechanism of environmental regulation on environmental performance is explored by selecting the Multi-type Partners and knowledge base at the enterprise level.Finally,the independent variables are replaced and the research results are still robust after grouping tests according to the nature of enterprises.Studies have shown that environmental regulation can significantly improve enterprise’s environmental performance and green technology cooperation innovation enthusiasm,green technology cooperation innovation in the relation between environmental performance and environmental regulation in the partial intermediary effect,further study showed that environmental regulation of state-owned enterprises a more significant effect in promoting green technology cooperation innovation,the mediating effect of green technology cooperation innovation is more significant in the sample of state-owned enterprises.The diversity of corporate partners strengthens the effect of environmental regulation on green technology cooperation innovation;the knowledge base of enterprises weakens the effect of environmental regulation on cooperative innovation of green technology.
