In this paper a difficult oxygen mixed sulfur lead and zinc resources in yunnan synchronous sulfur flotation of oxygen mixed zinc concentrate as the research object,the process mineralogy research shows that the zinc concentrate species class is more,and its complex relationship with gangue minerals,embedded,direct flotation separation or existing smelting method is difficult and hard to effective recycling.This paper will put forward a feasible extraction process scheme and verify its feasibility through the study of composition characteristics.Acid leaching thermodynamic analysis shows that zinc sulfide minerals are insoluble in acid,while zinc oxide minerals can react with acid and enter the solution.The optimal leaching process conditions are as follows:acid 470 g/kg concentrate,liquid-solid ratio 5:2.Under the conditions of stirring strength of 200 r/min,leaching time of 60 min,leaching temperature of 25℃and washing times of 2 times,the leaching rate of Zn can be maintained at about 70%,and the total leaching rate of Zn in continuous extended leaching test is 75.58%,close to the theoretical leaching rate.The floatability of the main single minerals in the original zinc concentrate shows that under the sodium oleate system,the floatability of sulfide minerals remains good before and after leaching,while the floatability of gangue minerals changes greatly and is basically unfloatable after leaching.On this basis,the flotation condition tests of floating sulfide ore and oxidized ore are carried out.Under the condition of zinc content of7.16%in leach residue,a concentrate with Zn grade of 22.34%and recovery of 75.40%was obtained by closed-circuit test,which basically reached the expected index.The adsorption capacity test shows that acid treatment has little effect on the adsorption of sodium oleate in sphalerite.Infrared spectrum analysis showed that sodium oleate adsorbed on sphalerite surface mainly before and after acid treatment.Before acid treatment,physical and chemical adsorption(Ca2+activation)and calcite coexisted in quartz surface,after acid treatment,calcite became dihydrate gypsum,quartz and significantly reduce the physical adsorption and only exists in the peak,adsorption capacity decreased significantly,resulting in the flotability of variation,the analysis of the test results and actual ore flotation experiment results about the same.The total recovery of zinc was 93.99%through the treatment and extraction process of smelting before separation,in which the recovery of zinc in leaching process was 75.58%,and the recovery of zinc in flotation process was 18.41%.The separation index basically reached the expectation,and the recovery of oxygen-sulfur mixed zinc concentrate was realized.
