| The volume data of blast furnace wall temperature field refers to the collection of temperature data at each discrete point in a threedimensional space determined by the furnace wall.The construction and visualization of blast furnace wall temperature field data is of great significance to assisting field staff in monitoring the state of blast furnace wall,prolonging the overall service life of blast furnace and reducing blast furnace energy consumption and emission.The influence of heat source term of the heat transfer is not considered in the existing construction of furnace wall temperature field data,so it is difficult to accurately reflect the actual temperature distribution of furnace wall.The existing visualization of furnace wall temperature field volume data is difficult to meet the needs of speed and image quality at the same time,and it is difficult to show the internal volume details.Therefore,based on the inverse problem of heat conduction,this paper establishes the furnace wall heat transfer model with slag skin heat source,constructs the volume data of furnace wall temperature field,and proposes the volume rendering technology based on secondary ray casting method to visualize the volume data of blast furnace wall temperature field.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)The heat transfer model of blast furnace wall with slag skin heat source term is established.The heat transfer process of blast furnace wall,the phenomenon of slag skin falling off and formation are deeply analyzed.The state of slag skin heat source item is determined by using the method based on two-dimensional decision fusion.According to the heat transfer process of blast furnace wall and the state of slag skin heat source item,the heat transfer model of blast furnace wall with slag skin heat source item is established,and the relationship between the phenomenon of slag skin falling off and formation and the temperature distribution of blast furnace wall is revealed.(2)Bresenham circular grating algorithm for asymmetric information is proposed,which solves the problem that the existing Bresenham circular grating algorithm is only suitable for symmetric information.In the whole two-dimensional coordinate system,the decision parameters are calculated according to the distance from the pre drawn pixel to the circle,the decision parameters are updated through iterative calculation,and the position of the pre drawn pixel is determined by the decision parameters.(3)A volume rendering method based on secondary ray casting is proposed.Aiming at the difficulty of the balance between the volume rendering speed and volume rendering image quality of ray casting method,a secondary ray casting method is proposed.The expected color value obtained by the first ray casting guides the second ray casting process and corrects the second ray casting results to optimize volume rendering speed and image quality.The experimental results show that the data of furnace wall temperature field constructed in this paper can accurately reflect the actual furnace wall temperature distribution;The volume rendering method proposed balances the speed requirements and image quality requirements of furnace wall temperature field visualization,and shows the internal volume details of furnace wall temperature field. |
