Molecular imprinting technology is widely widely respected because of its specific recognition and wide applicability. In this paper, three different materials were used as substrates and imprinted materials with specific recognition to three different target substances were grafted on their surfaces by surface molecular imprinting technology.A series of experiments were designed to explore its adsorption performance, and solid phase extraction technology was used to explore the specific situation of the synthesized imprinted material in the sample pretreatment.1.Preparation of imprinted polymer with restricted entry and selective adsorption of norepinephrine in urineThe specific adsorption of norepinephrine on the surface of glycidyl methacrylate microspheres was successfully grafted by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization. The adsorption experiments were designed to show that the maximum adsorption capacity of the imprinted material was 47.94 mg/g at the initial concentration of5 mg/m L and 47.67 mg/g at about 60 min.NE was selectively enriched in urine samples by solid phase extraction.2.Preparation of novel magnetic imprinted nanomaterials and their selective adsorption of ciprofloxacin in milkThe imprinted layer that can specifically recognize ciprofloxacin was grafted on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles successfully. The adsorption experiment was designed to show that the imprinted polymer could achieve the maximum adsorption capacity of 41.81mg/g in the standard solution with an initial concentration of 450 mg/L,and the adsorption capacity could be reached in about 70 min at the fastest. In the pretreatment process of milk sample, the target material were enriched and impurities were removed successfully by magnetic solid-phase extraction technology.3.Preparation and properties of 7-hydroxycoumarin-4-acetic acid molecularly imprinted polymerIn this experiment,an imprinted polymer that can specifically recognize7-hydroxycoumarin 4-acetic acid was grafted on the surface of spherical silica gel.The adsorption experiments were designed to show that the adsorption capacity of the imprinted material could reach 160.35μg/g at the maximum in the standard solution with an initial concentration of 90μg/m L,and the adsorption capacity could be reached in about80 min at the fastest. The enrichment of HCA by the molecularly imprinted polymer in spiked shampoo samples was investigated by solid phase extraction.
