With the rise of the nationwide fitness craze, the demand for lower limb pressure equipment is gradually prominent, and the increase in audience has led to the shift of tight fitting clothing from professional sports to living places.Early studies mostly used a type of experimental clothing for testing with different intensities or pressure gradients, and there were also differences in the testing indicators and experimental conditions chosen by scholars, resulting in diverse research results. The subject takes the compression leg sleeves with different gradient distribution as the research object, and through exploring the relationship between pressure and exercise efficacy(fatigue and vibration),it aims to explain the effectiveness of compression leg sleeves in alleviating muscle fatigue, summarize the impact of different pressure levels on the main muscle groups of the lower leg,and provide a reference for the later application research of tight fitting clothing.Firstly, compare the fiber composition, style structure, and other five aspects of 11 well-known and fully functional sports leg covers on the market, and select two products as compression leg covers for subsequent experiments. Then, based on the postures involved in running, jumping, and other sports,15 measurement points were selected to explore the clothing pressure on the lower leg during movement after wearing compressed leg covers. It was found that the pressure on the smooth muscle distribution was relatively small and stable, and the curvature of the protruding bone area was also large and the pressure was also large; When running, the overall dressing pressure on the calves increases, and when the calves are lifted forward or backward, the pressure value in the lower half decreases. Then, the electromyographic and acceleration signals of the subjects from running to exhaustion were collected, and muscle fatigue was characterized by i EMG and MPF indicators. The root mean square of acceleration represented the amplitude of muscle vibration. The subjective fatigue of the subjects in the experiment was statistically analyzed, and it was found that the trend of changes in the electromyographic signals of each muscle group was consistent.i EMG(%)first increased and then decreased, while MPF(%)slowly decreased in the early and middle stages, and rapidly decreased in the middle and late stages. The addition of proper tight compression increases the level of muscle activation, can slow down the reduction amplitude of i EMG(%)and MPF(%)of the main muscle groups of the lower leg,and can significantly reduce the amplitude of muscle vibration in the coronal plane, sagittal plane and vertical directions of the human body. Finally, based on the pressure characteristics and electromyographic changes of each muscle group,a"pressure fatigue"regression model for soleus muscle was established:△M=6.117+0.011*Ps-0.318*Pd-0.006*Ps 2+0.001*Pd2+0.011*Ps*Pd.When Ps is 24.3mm Hg and Pd is 25.5mm Hg,it is more conducive to alleviating muscle fatigue of this muscle group.Afterwards,a grey near optimal model was used for comprehensive evaluation, and it was determined that the CA leg brace(23-30mm Hg above the ankle,20-28mm Hg below the calf,and18-20mm Hg below the knee)had the best comprehensive effect under the experimental conditions.
