Clothing pressure comfort is one of the important indexes of evaluating the comfort of clothing,in some health care,exercise functional clothing and adjust the fitness functional clothing,clothing pressure comfort is the most important indicators.Such clothing has broad market prospects,but also have the problems about the product quality is uneven,market is not standardized,the industry standard is vague,people's wrong understanding of product features,health and other issues.Forming a scientific evaluation system of clothing pressure comfort and a reasonable standard of the industry is the key technology to guide the use of functional products such clothing pressure performance,especially in body sculpting class lingerie industry.And it is also a problem to be solved.Clothing pressure comfort is determined by people's physiological and psychological factors,the current evaluation methods like pressure value measurement method,physical comfort evaluation method and psychological comfort evaluation method is just one part of the garment pressure comfort evaluation process.EEG as a physiological psychology research technology could make the physiological and psychological indexes of clothing pressure comfort together,improve the evaluation process from physiology and psychology to the comprehensive perception,lays the foundation for the establishment of the evaluation system of clothing pressure comfort.The fundamental purpose of this study it is to get a young female clothing pressure of waist abdomen as the object,to explore the two main technologies EEG and EPRs of EEG technology applied in the method of clothing pressure comfort evaluation.It is concluded that relationship between the brain electrical rhythm of power spectrum and the clothing pressure comfort,the relationship between EEG components and clothing pressure comfort.It has laied the foundation for the further research of the clothing pressure comfort evaluation method based on the EEG technology,aiming at establishing the quantitative relationship between the subjective comfort evaluation results,clothing pressure value and the EEG index.Around this research purpose,the whole research and conclusions were divided into four parts:Part ?: Based on the theory about the brain electrophysiology and clothing pressure on the brain's physiological and psychological analysis,points out the relationship between EEG,human sentiment and human physiology,draw lessons from EEG applications in other areas of human ergonomics.It is proved that EEG can reflect the state of mind and emotions,but also the effective method of evaluation state of mind and emotion,some EEG index can reflect the human physiology,finally puts forward using EEG technology to evaluate clothing pressure comfort is a physiological and psychological science theory.Part ?: The 10 shape similar subjects in shaping bellyband to do the measurement and analysis about subjective pressure comfort evaluation and objective numerical pressure.Set up four movements in the experiments to characterize the clothing pressure change,the semantic differences in subjective assessment scale,make the Likert scale score about the comfort and a sense of restraint cause by shaping bellyband under the four movements;objective pressure measurement using balloon type instrument of clothing pressure measurement to measure the pressure of 6 test points,analysis the size of the four actions create pressure,pressure distribution,the relationship between the subjective and objective evaluation of pressure,etc.,lay the foundation for subsequent EEG technology based on clothing pressure comfort evaluation,establish a subjective comfort evaluation results,clothes,pressure value and the relationship between the electrical indicators.The sense of restraint showed that wearing the same shaping belt when standing state feel most loose,then bent down and sit at the most feel tight.Comfort evaluation results show that the stand and sit,desk and bent down to comfort have obvious difference,the most comfortable when standing,desk feel most uncomfortable,but bent over and sitting have no obvious difference about comfort feeling.On comprehensive analysis results of test point pressure value in different 6 movements when wearing shaping abdominal view the use of balloon pressure test instrument,the test was done four movements,the overall pressure from small to large clothing as follows: upright,sit,desk,bent over.The pressure distribution of the display in the Shaping belt,action under the maximum pressure value is D,located on the side of body segmentation line and waist line,the pressure minimum at A,is located in the intersection before the bust line and center line to bust line and side line intersection body segmentation 1/2.When the subjects sit and desk,the pressure of the shaping bandage at the waist is relatively large.Part ?: Use the EEG technology to analyze the EEG index of 10 shape similar subjects in wearing/not in shaping bellyband.In the test set up four action characterization of clothing pressure changes in the size,the EEG acquisition of two kinds of dressing state under the four actions,using EEG acquisition software SCAN and EEG analysis software EDIT and SPASS data analysis software to analyze the EEG power spectrum,summarized the body waist and abdomen influence clothing pressure on the EEG ? wave power spectrum,the effect of the size of clothing pressure on the EEG ? wave power spectrum,the relationship of subjective stress comfort and EEG ? wave power spectrum,which prove the feasibility of EEG evaluation of clothing pressure comfort.Using EEG technology,EEG data of the 40 lead position under the condition of 10 subjects in / not wearing Shaping belt were recorded.Compared the EEG that have the same action under the conditions of wearing and not wearing shaping bellyband,in shaping bellyband ? wave spectrum energy is larger than not wearing status,the clothing pressure that cause by shaping bellyband had effect on EEG and inhibit ? wave,and the person is in a less comfortable state.But between each action,? wave power spectrums are different under two conditions,the difference of meditation,desk and bend is relatively obvious,stand activity difference is not obvious.Contrast the EEG of four movements in shaping bellyband,EEG ? wave spectrum energy of four action from high to low in turn is standing,sitting,desk,bent down,but the difference between the sit and desk.That shape bellyband pressure size change will produce certain effect on brain waves,the greater the pressure ? wave that the suppression is more obvious.Finally,as the clothing pressure caused by the shaping bellyband has the regular influence on brain waves,shows that using ? wave spectrum analysis can be used as a psychological-physiology parameter to evaluate the clothing pressure comfort.Part ?: Using the event related potential technology to analyze EEG components of 10 shape similar subjects in the long time wearing/not in shaping bellyband.Using Eprime software to design ERPs experiments to test the inhibit ability by Stroop Effect,by comparing the subjects behavior data about wearing a long time / not in shaping bellyband,the difference of early EEG components and ERPs difference waves,analysis long clothing pressure influence on EEG components,the influence of inhibition of people,the concentration,the work efficiency,thus proving the clothing pressure and physiological link between the person's psychology.ERPs behavior data results show that the reaction time of negative pressure groups is longer than non-pressure group,but the error rate is no difference between groups.It is said that young women wearing shaping bellyband in a long time need more time to suppress the dominant habitual reaction.By comparison with negative pressure and non-pressure group ERPs total average waveform and early composition(N1,P2,N2)amplitude and latency,the two groups ERPs total average waveforms can see obviously early N1,P2 and N2 components,and their amplitude and latency between groups have no difference.It has no difference between the Stroop effects of ERPs results are consistent with the general population,indicating that the long time clothing pressure has no special influence on early ERPs components.ERPs difference waves between negative pressure group and non-pressure wave,the amplitude and latency of N450 results showed that the two groups can exhibit LPC components obviously and the peak of difference waves of negative pressure group were significantly less than control group,latency of difference waves of negative pressure group was longer than the control group.Reduce the young women's inhibition ability in shaping the bellyband after 8 hours.Clothing pressure to make the test more dependent on the habit of response,cannot give a timely response,thus affecting the people's ability to execute,which leads to lower efficiency.Research and development the evaluation method of clothing pressure comfort for reference factors based on EEG specific indicators,it is possible to establish direct contact with the physiological and psychological evaluation,fleshed clothing pressure comfort evaluation system.It has important significance for quantitative objectives of clothing pressure comfort evaluation.
