| The emergence of environmental problems such as global warming, desertification, freshwater crisis and energy shortage has made more and more countries and regions aware of the importance of environmental protection, environmental problems have increasingly become the focus of attention, people gradually realize that economic development must not be at the cost of environmental damage. In recent years, more and more scholars have taken the enterprise as the object of study, and deeply consider the environmental management at the enterprise level. Some scholars chose to combine human resource management with environmental management and put forward new measures of green human resource management.Compared with general enterprises, multinational corporations have more abundant capital and better profitability because of their extensive business scope and leading position in the industry.Since multinational corporations need a positive corporate image in order to gain the support and trust of all stakeholders, green human resource management practices that meet the requirements of sustainable development are more easily implemented among multinational corporations. On the basis of previous studies, this paper systematically combs and analyzes relevant literature, taking green human resource management as independent variable, environmental performance as dependent variable, and employees green behavior as intermediary variable, the concept of institutional pressure is introduced as a moderating variable between green human resource management and environmental performance in order to explore their logical relationship and internal mechanism. On this basis, the research hypothesis of this paper is put forward, and the conceptual model is constructed. This article mainly uses the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the statistical analysis method three kinds of research methods, draws on the domestic and foreign mature survey scale and unifies this article content to carry on the appropriate revision, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by pre-test,and the formal questionnaire was issued after the reliability and validity were tested, and the data collected were analyzed empirically. The results of empirical analysis show that:(1)Green human resource management has a positive impact on the environmental performance of multinational corporations;(2)Green human resource management positively affects the employees green behaviors, and the employees green behavior positively affects the environmental performance of multinational corporations, employee green behavior plays a mediating role in the relationship between green human resource management and environmental performance;(3)Institutional pressure plays a moderating role in the relationship between green human resource management and environmental performance. Finally, this paper provides three management inspirations for the production and operation of multinational corporations: First, implementing green human resource management practices that conform to the corporate green values;Second, reasonably avoiding the institutional pressure;third, rational use of natural resources to creative a sustainable competitive advantage. |
