Analysis On The Characteristics Of Changes In The Production Capacity Of Ecological Products In The Process Of Urbanization

In the process of urbanization,the loss of ecological land is becoming more and more serious,and the ecological environment is affected by a series of negative effects,which leads to the unbalanced development of the ecosystem in recent years,and finally affects the supply capacity of ecological products of the ecosystem.In the context of urbanization,the population is concentrated in cities,the demand for urban ecological products increases,and the supply of ecological products can not meet people’s needs.This requires us to solve the problem of improving the supply of ecological products as soon as possible and improve the production capacity of ecological products.In the process of ecological development,cities are facing different challenges of ecological pollution and disorderly occupation of ecological resources.In this context,the vigorous promotion of the idea of ecological civilization construction points out the direction for the improvement of the production capacity of ecological products.In view of the differences in the changes of the production capacity of ecological products in regions with different urbanization levels,in order to more accurately clarify the characteristics of the changes in the production capacity of ecological products,this study divides the research object into regions with different urbanization levels,in order to provide support for accurately putting forward policy suggestions to improve the production capacity of ecological products,It is of great significance to explore the new path of green development and coordinate regional development.This study takes Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research area,and takes 2008 to 2018 as the research time period,and divides 48 counties(cities,districts)into regions with high urbanization level,regions with higher urbanization level,and regions with higher urbanization level according to the city level.In areas with low urbanization levels,the functional value method,cost expenditure method,conditional value method,and travel cost method are used to evaluate the production capacity of ecological products in areas with different urbanization levels.The research results are as follows:(1)From 2008 to 2018,the production capacity of ecological products in Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt decreased by 412.821 billion yuan,a decrease of11.52%,of which the total production capacity of ecological products in high urbanization level areas decreased by 7.81%,the total production capacity of ecological products in high urbanization level areas decreased by 16.73%,and the total production capacity of ecological products in low urbanization level areas decreased by 10.8%.The high urbanization level region has high economic development level,abundant educational resources and high education level of residents.The low urbanization level region has rich ecosystem types and dominant natural resource base.The high urbanization level region is between the above two,so the decline of its ecological product production capacity is the most obvious.(2)In terms of the change of the structural characteristics of the production capacity of ecological products,regulation services are the main ones,and the proportion of regulation services decreases most obviously.The proportion of regional regulation services with high urbanization level decreased most obviously,and only the proportion of cultural services increased;In regions with higher urbanization level,only the proportion of regulation services decreased,and the proportion of supply services increased most obviously;In regions with low urbanization level,only the proportion of regulation services decreased,and the proportion of supply services increased most significantly.(3)In terms of spatial changes in the production capacity of ecological products,the regions with obvious decline are concentrated in the west,and the regions with obvious rise are located in the middle.Generally speaking,the declining regions account for the majority.It can be seen that the improvement of the production capacity of ecological products is imminent.In 2008,the areas with high production capacity of ecological products in Hubei Yangtze River economic belt were mainly distributed in the northwest,and the areas with low production capacity were mainly distributed in some areas in the middle;In 2018,the regions with high production capacity of ecological products were mainly distributed in the northwest,central and southeast regions,and the regions with low production capacity were mainly distributed in the central and western regions.(4)In the analysis of influencing factors of ecological product production capacity of Hubei Yangtze River economic belt,the ecological resource base has a positive linear correlation with the ecological product production capacity of regions with different urbanization levels at two time points.In addition,ecological environmental protection governance has a positive correlation with three types of urbanization level regions in 2018;The willingness to pay for ecological products is positively correlated with the production capacity of ecological products in regions with higher urbanization level and lower urbanization water level in 2008 and regions with lower urbanization level in 2018;Local fiscal revenue is positively correlated with regions with low urbanization level in 2008;The per capita disposable income of urban residents is positively correlated with regions with low urbanization level in2018;There is a negative correlation between the total retail sales of social consumer goods and regions with low urbanization level in 2008.(5)In the process of urbanization,the rapid economic development has caused different degrees of ecological land loss in areas with different levels of urbanization,and in the vigorous implementation of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought and the government’s guidance,publicity and education in the process of ecological environmental protection The impact of ecological land loss on the production capacity of ecological products is weakened,and the changes in the production capacity of ecological products in different urbanization levels are different.Therefore,only when protecting the ecological environment and environmental protection publicity and education go hand in hand,and vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization,will the production capacity of ecological products be improved together with the speed of economic development.Based on the above research results,this study puts forward the following policy recommendations:(1)Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,systematically plan the construction of urban ecological civilization;(2)Protect ecological land and promote the green development of new urbanization(3)Strengthen the government Regulation,guidance and publicity to enhance the awareness of environmental protection in the whole society;(4)to increase the development of eco-tourism products to fully tap the potential of ecological product production capacity;(5)to care for rare and endangered species and maintain biodiversity.
