| As one of the three major ecosystems in the world, wetlands not only provide an important material base for people, but also bring better significant ecological function value, but the development and expansion of cities and the uncontrolled development of human beings also bring a series of problems to the wetland ecosystem, resulting in serious damage to ecological wetland resources,so it is imperative to strengthen the protection of wetlands. This thesis decides to reveal its intrinsic direct value and indirect value in the form of monetization by assessing the value of the ecosystem,so that people can intuitively see the value of the ecosystem and the significance of human survival,so that they can spontaneously protect the ecological environment, and it is also conducive to the government’s scientific formulation of relevant policies under a series of indicators.Jiangxi Wuyuan Raoheyuan National Wetland Park is located in Shangrao,Jiangxi, which is famous for"China’s most beautiful countryside"scenic spot.On this basis, combined with the actual situation of Raoheyuan National Wetland Park, its ecosystem services were classified. This thesis focuses on the ecosystem service values of Raoheyuan wetland, which are classified into three categories:direct use value, indirect use value, and non-use value. The ecological service functions that are assessed in this study include the value of water sources, product manufacturing value, runoff regulation value, carbon sequestration and oxygen release value, scientific research cultural aesthetic value, biological habitat value, purification environmental value, and non-use value. In order to evaluate the economic value of these services, several methods are utilized in this study including the market value method and the shadow engineering method, unit area factor substitution method, carbon tax method and afforestation cost method and conditional value method and other methods to comprehensively evaluate the annual average value of Raoheyuan National Wetland Park in Shangrao City, which provides a scientific base for the scientific management and management of Raoheyuan National Wetland Park and other wetland parks in other regions in the future, the study has yielded the following conclusions:(1)The total value of ecosystem function services in Raoheyuan National Wetland Park was 134.55 million.a-1,of which the non-use value was 71.2 million.a-1,representing the greatest portion of the overall value, reaching 52.92%,the indirect use value was42.572million.a-1,accounting for 31.64%,and the direct use value was 20.7783 million yuan, accounting for 15.44%,of which the non-use value was far greater than the direct use value.(2)In the evaluation of direct value, indirect value and non-use value, the existence value of non-use value accounts for the largest proportion, and the smallest value is the water supply value, the specific value is as follows:existential value>material production function value>regulating runoff value function>heritage value>carbon sequestration and oxygen release function value>environmental purification functional value>Select Value>scientific research cultural aesthetic value>biological habitat functional value>Water supply value function.(3)The survey on the willingness to pay of respondents around Raoheyuan using the conditional value method showed that the annual per capita willingness of respondents to pay was 40 yuan, and the proportion of respondents willing to pay accounted for 43.85%of the total number of respondents; The respondents’education level, distance from Raoheyuan, and knowledge of Raoheyuan National Wetland Park significantly affected respondents’willingness to pay,and respondents’willingness to pay changed with the changes of respondents’actual income, environmental awareness and other factors. In summary,it can be seen that Raoheyuan National Wetland Park has non-negligible value, especially the existence value and material production function value in non-use value, and the evaluation of the value of Raoheyuan National Wetland Park is conducive to the implementation of relevant measures to better protect Raoheyuan National Wetland Park. |
