| Construction industry is one of the pillar industries of our national economy.Construction products not only improve living conditions,improve infrastructure,absorb a large number of labor force employment,but also promote economic growth.Construction projects are characterized by large production scale and fixed production sites.Therefore,about 70% of the work in the construction industry is carried out at construction sites.However,the construction industry still suffers from frequent personnel turnover,difficulty in securing the accuracy of data and information,and lack of traceability for accidents that have occurred.With the ever-expanding project scale and increasingly complex processes,higher requirements are also placed on site monitoring and management.Therefore,how to reduce the incidence of safety accidents at construction sites while ensuring project quality and progress is an urgent problem in the construction industry at presentIn this paper,by analyzing the causes and needs of construction site safety accidents,we propose to introduce the concept of smart site in construction project safety management.The use of advanced technical means to control the whole cycle of construction meets the needs of safety management of construction projects under the new situation,helps to promote the transformation and upgrading of safety management mode,and then promotes the use of information-based safety management mode in construction projects,and provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the transformation of safety management mode to the direction of wisdom and refinement.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theories and connotations related to safety management of smart site and construction projects,adopts literature research method,case study method and expert interview method to screen core elements,and establishes management modules of personnel safety management,machinery and equipment safety management,material safety management,environmental safety management and system safety management,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the whole paper and provides a reference for safety management of smart site construction projects It provides reference for the information construction of smart site construction project.Secondly,through literature research,the evaluation methods of safety management of construction projects are summarized and the evaluation model of safety management of construction projects is established.In this paper,on the basis of choosing G1-entropy weight method to calculate the index weights,the safety management level is evaluated by using the material element topologizable model.In this paper,the safety management level of smart site construction projects is divided into five levels: poor,poor,average,high and high,and the specific connotation of each level is clearly defined.Finally,an example analysis was conducted on the construction project of the shantytown reconstruction housing for dislocated farmers in the Sanpanma area of Jinyan Town,Liangzhou District,Wuwei City(Phase I),and the safety management level of the project was obtained as average,thus verifying the scientific rationality of the model.According to the evaluation results,improvement suggestions were made in order to provide development ideas and directions for the informationization of safety management of the enterprise’s engineering projects,and to provide a reference basis for the development and continuous improvement of safety management of construction projects based on smart sites. |
