| The application of computer-aided design and finite element analysis technology in injection molding has greatly reduced the input cost of injection molded part design and mold trial,and shortened the cycle time of injection molded part development.The basic dimensional requirements of the molded stent and the stepper motor after assembly are as follows: after the motor is assembled,in the process of horizontal displacement of150 mm on the screw with the base,the deviation in the vertical direction from the moving distance is required to be no more than 160μm,which has extremely high dimensional accuracy on the verticality of the side plate of the molded stent and the flatness of the base of the stent.This is also the difficult part of bracket molding.The molding material of this study is ABS,and the simulation of molding process and optimization of process parameters are based on CAE technology:1.Simulation analysis of the structural strength of the initially determined bracket structure,and local changes to the bracket model to improve the structural strength according to the analysis results,and the simulation analysis results of the bracket structure after the local structural changes meet the criteria of stress-strain and warpage deformation under the simulated use conditions.2.The structural model of the internal bracket is simulated in the mold flow analysis software for the molding process.The causes of defects such as fusion marks,air pockets and warpage formed during the simulation were analyzed,and the casting solution was designed and optimized for the main defects.3.Through the analysis of the mold flow simulation results,the DOE experimental design group was used as the basis for analysis,and the analysis of variance was performed on the simulation data results.The optimal results were obtained for the combination of the mold surface temperature of 55°C,melt temperature of 255°C,injection time of 4s,holding pressure of 90 MPa and holding time of 11.3s.4.Based on the response surface method model and particle swarm algorithm,the simulation scheme is designed by the central composite design method,and the reasonable and effective process parameter set is predicted in the Pareto optimization solution set by predicting the optimal combination based on the DOE experimental design analysis results.In this dissertation,the research method of parameter optimization is proposed in the simulation injection molding process of biochemical instrument inner support,and the results of different experimental design and simulation analysis reflect the feasibility of the research method of process parameter optimization,which provides some reference value for the research of injection molding of the same type of biochemical testing equipment parts.Figure61 table27 reference74... |
