Under the background of "double carbon",nuclear energy as a kind of clean energy,During the "14th Five-Year Plan",China put forward the development strategy of actively and orderly promoting nuclear power construction under the premise of ensuring safety,stressing that "safe and sound" is the main theme of the development of nuclear power industry.Under the background of high quality standard supervision and multi-stack nuclear power technology advancing hand in hand,with the continuous increase of labor and material costs,nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises are faced with the problem of how to achieve both quality and economic development.It is urgent to upgrade the production management mode and transform enterprises with the help of advanced management technology and information system.Based on D company,which specialized large nuclear power equipment manufacturing in our country,this paper selects the nuclear grade welding material management problem with common pain points in nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises,and carries out related optimization work.Based on lean theory,this paper analyzes the difficulties in management of nuclear grade welding materials due to the different requirements of different projects on the performance of welding materials,which lead to multiple types of welding materials,large amount of welding materials,and the need to trace the use of welding materials by root,and analyzes and discusses the potential problems of misapplication of welding materials and some main factors affecting the production and execution.In order to eliminate hidden dangers and simplify the management process of nuclear grade welding materials on the premise of ensuring the correct use of welding materials,this paper,under the guidance of the process optimization thought of industrial engineering,conceived a targeted improvement plan to simplify the original complex and cumbersome manual work,and through optimizing the welding materials management system,realize the information of storage,distribution,recycling and other links of welding materials.Strengthen and standardize the management of welding materials warehouse,improve the efficiency of receiving welding materials,reduce the risk of receiving wrong welding materials,reduce the labor intensity of warehouse managers,improve the work efficiency,so as to ensure the welding quality of nuclear power products,reduce the company’s manufacturing costs,and achieve a good improvement effect.
