With the rapid development of urbanisation in China,the urban population is increasing,and the drainage volume of the urban sewage network is also increasing,so the scale of its construction is becoming increasingly complex and large,making the operation and maintenance of the sewage network increasingly prominent management issues.Sewage network is an important part of the urban drainage system,it is the basic facilities to ensure the normal operation of the city,its daily maintenance work plays a vital role in maintaining the normal operation of the city.The long-term operation and maintenance of the sewage network is a long-term,complex and difficult task,and the study of operation and maintenance management based on intelligent technology is an important development direction for the operation and maintenance management of the sewage network.Firstly,this paper provides an overview and description of the relevant theories and technologies involved,thus providing a theoretical basis for the research to the study;the current situation of sewage network O&M management and its O&M management problems are analysed.Through a detailed introduction of the concepts and characteristics of the relevant intelligent technologies and according to the existing problems,the advantages of each of the relevant intelligent technologies in the operation and maintenance management of sewage networks are analysed.Secondly,a framework for a sewage network O&M management system based on smart technologies is designed,applying BIM technology,Io T technology and database technology to sewage network O&M management,initially building a sewage network O&M management system and introducing the functions expected to be achieved using the relevant smart technologies.Finally,on this basis,some of the key technologies involved in building an O&M management system are put into practice,using the O&M management of a community’s sewerage network as an example.Specifically,a BIM model of a community’s sewage network was established and lightened;Io T terminal equipment was installed for some areas of the community’s sewage network;the BIM modelling data was used to establish an initial operational status database,and the database was used as the basis for research into static information and dynamic information collected by Io T equipment in real time,and the relevant data in the database was set to exceed threshold values and alarm mode and other settings,and the design and implementation of some of the interfaces and functions of the O&M management system,and proposed countermeasures for emergency events in the sewage network.Through practical cases,it is concluded that intelligent technology is an effective way to achieve intelligent O&M management of sewage networks,providing a reference for the study of O&M management of underground pipeline networks.
