As the digital transformation of China's steel enterprises continues to deepen,higher re quirements are placed on the unification,intelligence and standardization of the O?M man agement of the entire chain of steel equipment operation and maintenance.The scientific an d stable equipment operation and maintenance system plays an increasingly important role in the stable and high production of production lines and the reduction of non-failure downt ime rate of steel equipment.In the face of the traditional steel plant equipment operation an d maintenance in the complex operation and maintenance object,operation and maintenanc e mode lagging,operation and maintenance means single business pain points,this paper fo r steel plant operation and maintenance management personnel and front-line operations an d maintenance personnel designed a microservice architecture based on AR intelligent oper ation and maintenance of a single system,and then empower the steel plant equipment data operation and maintenance,efficient operation and maintenance,scientific operation and m aintenance.By analyzing the characteristics and business model of steel plant equipment operation and maintenance,this paper proposes a two-wheel-driven architecture design based on dat a wheel and knowledge wheel.In view of the complexity of massive equipment access man agement,the object model is used to complete equipment entity modeling and realize the ce ntralized management of multi-source heterogeneous data of steel plant equipment,and the object model is used as a link to build a knowledge map of steel equipment operation and maintenance to realize the closed loop of the whole chain knowledge precipitation of equip ment operation and maintenance,which solves the problem of lack of effective managemen t and precipitation of traditional steel plant equipment operation and maintenance because o f knowledge.Based on data-driven and knowledge-driven,with the immersion and interacti ve ability of AR glasses,it serves as the "operation and maintenance weapon" for the frontline operation and maintenance personnel of steel mills,and with the steel equipment opera tion and maintenance knowledge map as the "command center",it can realize equipment po int inspection,failure inspection,remote expert guidance,etc.through standard operations.The technology realizes the end-side operation and maintenance process visualization,equi pment real-time data visualization,and maintenance process information visualization of th e upper-level maintenance business such as equipment point inspection,fault handling,and electronic work orders,and thus "arms" the steel intelligent operation and maintenance mo nopoly on the end side.In order to ensure the overall reliability,ease of use and integrity of the AR steel intelligent operation and maintenance manned system.From the system login verification and request authentication,role rights management,business service managem ent.The system service invocation guarantees the resource collaboration,data collaboration and service collaboration of the system.Finally,according to the actual business needs of a steel plant,the functional test was completed,providing some reference for steel enterprise s to further improve equipment operation and maintenance management capabilities.
