With the sustained and rapid development of modern national economy,oil,as an important resource and power,has become an indispensable material basis in the process of economic development and modernization of all countries.In recent years,due to the weakening of the potential tapping capacity of the main thick reservoirs in each oilfield,the oil production has decreased.To maintain the productivity,perforation of each reservoir in the well is necessary.The traditional cable transmission perforation operation is complex,the number of downhole is high,the cost is high,and the progress is slow,so the demand of multi-stage perforation operation is put forward,the graded perforation can achieve one downhole,the construction operation is simple,and the perforation efficiency is high.In order to increase oil production,various countries are also looking for new perforation technology to replace conventional perforation technology for oil and gas exploitation.In this paper,the graded perforation initiation control system by cable based on data synthesis coding meets the actual requirements of perforation technology in oil and gas wells,which not only improves the production efficiency,but also ensures the safety of perforation.So,it is of great significance to study the system.First,this paper introduces the development and current situation of graded perforation technology,analyses the importance of cable-based graded perforation technology for oil and gas exploitation,and designs the overall scheme of the grading and selective initiation perforation system by cable;Then,according to the underground working environment and the functional requirements of the grading and selective initiation perforation,the functions of each module of the system and its realization method are determined,and the overall planning is completed.The single core long-wire cable channel is mathematically modeled and simulated by Multisim software to obtain its frequency characteristics.The data synthesis coding method and DC carrier communication scheme are proposed,and the software design of data communication is completed.According to the system requirement of the grading and selective initiation perforation,the hardware circuits of the upper computer grading perforation monitor and the lower computer coding initiation controller are designed,and the software interface design of PC is completed.The initiation controller is processed at high temperature and shock resistance.On the basis of the hardware platform,the communication experiment of the graded perforation system and the selective initiation explosion experiment represented by the brightness of the light bulb are carried out.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the system design(safe,reliable and effective).
