With the improvement of perforating technology and the complexity of perforating environment, oil and gas wells perforation is facing new challenges. The thick reservoir capacity decline of the main from oil fields make the situation more severe. In order to maintain productivity, the production of the poor thin reservoir, unconventional oil and gas is greatly increased, multiple layer spacing, widely spaced layers and thin oil layer, this characteristics of the oil reservoir increased the workload of construction personnel. The characteristics of multistage perforating technology multiple reservoir perforation effectively simplify operation link, save the perforating materials, reduce the production cycle, improved the efficiency of perforation.To ensure the safety of oil and gas wells perforation and the mining efficiency protested about designing and researching the multiple perforation system for slapper detonator is meaningful.This article carried out the design and research of multistage perforating system with the technology route of theoretical research, system design and simulation trial. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the situation of domestic oil and gas production is taken as the background, analyzes the development and application status for the oil and gas well perforating detonator and multistage selecting technology, provided a basis for the design of the system.Secondly, through the technology analysis and environmental analysis for control system, designed the realization of the system function and technical index, and introduces the system work process and design principle of each part, research the key technology and difficult points of the control system;Next, in the test system, taking the overall design as the guidance, through the analysis of the characteristics of the communication channel transmission, the implementation method of the communication system is described in details. According to the characteristics of the slapper detonator, designed a special cap initiators, and the features of resistance to high temperature and high pressure for control/initiation module.Finally, introduces the PC software interface of the system, and verified the system function through laboratory test, analyzed the experiment results, determined the reliability of the system design.
