Oil and gas pipeline transportation is a key area of energy security.In the southwest region with complex topography and geology,active geological conditions and frequent geological disasters have caused sudden accidents to oil and gas transportation pipelines.When the accident occurs,the repair team needs to complete the repair task of oil and gas pipelines in a very short period of time,and the ’ last kilometer ’ transportation problem of large-scale repair equipment in the southwest mountainous area has become the primary problem faced by pipeline repair.After years of practice,mountain machine transportation methods such as climbing and dragging,light rail,and mountain transporter transportation have been developed.Under what terrain and geological conditions,rapid screening of safe and efficient transportation methods has become a key issue restricting the efficiency of repair.In view of this problem,this paper designs a mountain machine transportation mode analysis software to help rescuers select feasible transportation modes in a very short time and give construction guidance parameters.In the process of pipeline repair,disconnection pipeline completion is the most common work.Due to the extremely irregular relative position of the two disconnected pipes at the accident site,it is difficult to process the middle pipe and complete the disconnected pipe.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a pipeline connection measuring device,and designs a complete analysis software for disconnected pipelines to improve the output efficiency of the completion scheme.In the transportation of maintenance and repair equipment,the terrain feature parameter estimation algorithm is used to estimate the key terrain parameters such as slope and obstacle points in the terrain point cloud data.Then the software combines the terrain parameters and the artificial perception condition parameters to traverse and analyze the various input modes of transportation,and screen out the feasible modes of transportation.Finally,for the transportation modes that need on-site construction such as climbing plough and light rail,the software gives the corresponding construction guidance parameters and construction three-dimensional reference model.In the aspect of disconnected pipeline completion,based on the spatial position parameters of disconnected pipeline measured by the pipeline connection measuring device on site,a three-dimensional mapping data model of disconnected pipeline can be constructed in the software system.Based on the pipeline completion optimization algorithm,the three-dimensional digital models of manufacturing parameters,construction parameters and schemes required in pipeline completion work under different construction methods can be output.Considering that the original disconnected pipeline cannot be moved,the laser marker in the pipeline connection measuring device can be manipulated to mark the cutting point of the irradiated pipeline based on the software output parameters.
