M reservoir is a typical fault block reservoir with sufficient edge water and strong reservoir heterogeneity.After water flooding development enters the production decline period,the remaining oil distribution is complicated and it is difficult to stabilize the production.Based on the data of geology,production and dynamic monitoring,it is of great significance to deeply understand and evaluate the reservoir and study the remaining oil distribution law and development adjustment countermeasures for increasing and stabilizing production and improving the development effect in the later stage.In this paper,according to the geological characteristics of reservoir and the outstanding problems existing in the development,the physical properties of rock and fluid,water flooding characteristics,production changes and remaining oil distribution are deeply studied,and the development adjustment measures are put forward accordingly.It is found that the remaining oil in the M fault block is mainly concentrated in the M60,M60-1,M60-6,M60-9,M60-10 and M60-13X region due to the influence of interlayer interference,inlayer heterogeneity,and incomplete injection and production well pattern.Through the quantitative analysis of the remaining oil in each small layer in this area,it is determined that the Es2I3,Es3I5,Es3I6,Es3I7and Es3Ⅲ5 are the main oil layers,and the remaining reserves are calculated to be 97.71×104t.Through the development technology policy research and measure adaptability evaluation,the following adjustment measures are formulated.First,the injection and production well pattern should be adjusted.Water injection should be resumed in well M60-3X1,and injection should be carried out in wells M60-7,M60-14 and M60-13X.Second,stratified water injection should be implemented for wells M60-8,M60-10 and M60-12,and water plugging should be implemented for wells M60-9 and M60-6,so as to improve the water flooding development effect.Third,well M60-4X should be stimulated by fracturing.The above measures are expected to increase crude oil production by 7500t per year.
