With the gradual advancement of oilfield mining,many oilfields will have to stop mining due to fouling problems,and even cause safety problems,and the scale scale is basically corrosive.Sex strength,high cost,and short despinse cycle.For problems with severe fouling in oil field,use a new super-molecular division scale to solve problems.The super-molecular compound has been applied to the field of photochemical,analytical chemistry,electrochemical,and has also begun to enter the field of scale inhibition in oilfield in recent years.The technology is currently very small,high prices,lack of theoretical research,so the development of oilfield is very slow.About super-molecules have seen a small number of literature reports in oilfield except for scale,but the mechanism of superpolar induced inhibition and in terms of oil field adaptability have almost no literature.Therefore,in order to expand the use of the neutral hyperpherum exemptulating agent and reduce neutral ultra-molecular division scale inhibitizer cost,it is necessary to combine the site of the oilfield,optimize the superpolar inhibitizer suitable for oil field,and study its mechanism,Provide guarantees for efficient production of oil fields.(1)In order to understand the structural trend of the block,analyze the block on-site water sample,oil sample,and fourth,according to the water structure prediction trend method of oil field,the block is predicted for calcium carbonate,barium sulfate,and calcium sulfate.And combined with all analytical data to obtain the cause of fouling in oilfield.(2)In order to understand the scale and mechanism of JN-871 new scale inhibitor,the drug is evaluated to scale,and the scale inhibitor is compared to the market,and the scale is evaluated.The scale inhibitor is a new cleaning agent,which does not clear its composition and structure,affecting the analysis of scale inhibition mechanism,by performing infrared spectroscopy experiment,weight loss analysis experiment,solving molecular structure and composition,thereby helping to understand its mechanism Finally,the scale mode of JN-871 was obtained.(3)In order to understand the performance and mechanism of JN-871 new scale inhibitor,soluble energy evaluation experiments were measured,and the scale inhibitor concentration,temperature,mineralization,pressure and shear rate were measured.JN-871.The effect of dissolved scale performance.Finally,the scale reduction mechanism of JN-871 was obtained.(4)Adaptive research on JN-871 in P601 block,simulates the water properties and temperature of the 601 block of spring breeze oil field,and the adaptability of the JN-871 in P601 block,including compatibility,effective concentration And corrosive study,etc.On this basis,the formulation of JN-871 in the row 601 block is improved by synergism.A new type of super-molecular deteriorator proposed in this paper greatly improves the detergent scale efficiency of the oil field,and puts forward feasibility programs for the descaling scale work of the oilfield,which can provide a certain help for the economic development of the oil field.
