Pipe Fittings are widely used in industrial and agricultural production and many fields of the national economy,and are one of the important ways to transport substances(liquid or gaseous)over long distances.It is very important to ensure the safety of Pipe Fittings for damage detection of Pipe Fittings.As an inspection tool,the accuracy of the flaw detector has a great influence on the judgment of the damage.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a suitable calibration method for the flaw detector.According to the idea of calibrating the instrument with the grooved sample tube proposed by the Provincial Metrology Institute,this thesis studied a method for rapid detection of the groove parameters of the inner tube of the sample tube.The traditional contact measurement method cannot meet the development trend of the current rapid detection because of its slow detection method,damage to the measured object,and the influence of the human factors on the measurement process.Therefore,based on the theoretical analysis of photoelectric detection,an automatic detection device based on laser triangulation method is researched and designed.The measurement method is to drive the laser displacement sensor to complete the contour scanning by moving the platform.The displacement of the moving platform is shifted by the grating scale.Sensor measurement.With STM32F407 as the hardware control circuit of the main control chip,the two data of the grating scale(the horizontal coordinate value of the scratch groove)and the laser displacement sensor(the vertical height value of the scratch groove)are acquired,and the motion control of the platform is realized.The system uses the PC software developed by Lab VIEW to complete the processing of the data collected by the controller,effectively identifying the edge position of the scratch groove.The measurement accuracy of the device was verified by experimental results by experimenting with standard gauge blocks and Pipe Fittings.The measuring device solves the shortcomings of the traditional detection method,such as inefficiency and damage to the object to be tested,and realizes the non-contact detection of the flaw parameter of the Pipe Fitting.The research shows that the device is an effective method to measure the parameters of the tube lumen injury,and has important engineering significance for the development of the tube cavity detection technology.
