Abstract/Summary:
The rock mass structure of rock slope is complex,and it is prone to instability and failure during mining.As a great hidden danger in the safety production of openpit mine,fault will threaten the stability of open-pit mine slope.Based on the research background of the fault-bearing slope in Area C on the west side of the Dalanchi limestone open-pit mine,this paper summarizes the influence of faults on the stability and deformation characteristics of the open-pit mine slope by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and laboratory test.According to the research results,the mining scheme is reasonably designed,and the stability analysis of the original and excavation states of the actual engineering cases of the fault-bearing slope in Area C on the west side of the Dalanchi open-pit mine is carried out.The main research contents and results are as follows :1.According to the lithology and structural characteristics of the slope of Dalanchi limestone open-pit mine,the failure mode of the slope in the study area is the sliding failure of rock mass controlled by fault fracture zone.2.Through field observation and detailed line observation method,the structural plane of Dalanchi is investigated to obtain fault information;Through the longitudinal wave velocity test of borehole rock mass,it can be seen that the rock mass in the study area is relatively complete.3.The FLAC3 D finite difference method program was used to select the final slope angle,slope height,slope state,distance between fault and slope top surface,fault thickness,distance between fault and slope free surface,and set different factor levels.The influence of various factors on slope stability was studied,and the deformation characteristics and slope displacement changes of the slope under different factor levels were analyzed.4.Through the combination of orthogonal experiment method and range method,and based on FLAC 3D strength reduction method,two orthogonal experiments were carried out on the final slope angle,slope height,slope state,distance between fault and slope top surface,fault thickness,distance between fault and slope free surface respectively,and the sensitivity of each factor to the stability of open-pit slope with fault was obtained.The experimental results can provide reasonable slope design parameters for the excavation of Dalanchi Open-pit Mine and provide reference for similar mine projects.5.According to the research law,the mining scheme is designed,and the threedimensional model of the study area is established.FLAC 3D is used to simulate the yield state,stress distribution and displacement change of the slope in the initial state and excavation state,so as to verify the rationality of the influence law of fault on the slope of open-pit mine.
