With the rapid development of economy and people’s increasing need for a better life,prefabricated buildings have rapidly become a hot spot in the construction industry with their characteristics of economy,environmental protection,safety and low carbon.However,domestic prefabricated buildings are still mainly driven by policies.One of the reasons is that its advantages are difficult to be recognized by the public.Especially in the aspect of environmental protection,compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have a huge advantage.However,there are few studies on the assessment of the environmental protection level of prefabricated buildings,and it is difficult to judge the advantages of prefabricated buildings in environmental protection through evaluation results.With the national requirements for prefabricated buildings,the research content is the evaluation of the environmental protection level of prefabricated concrete buildings.From the perspective of sustainable development and life cycle,two key elements of environmental protection,resource conservation and pollution control,are determined.The resource conservation elements are divided into four aspects: material conservation,energy conservation,water resources conservation and land resource conservation.Pollution control elements are divided into dust pollution,solid waste pollution,noise pollution,sewage pollution and soil pollution.Analyzing the characteristics of the environmental protection level evaluation,paper set up the evaluation model with the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation method.And use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight.The result of comprehensive environmental protection level evaluation was calculated by establishing the matter element and weight vector of multi-level membership degree.In the end,this paper took an actual case,evaluated the environmental protection level of the project,obtained the evaluation result of the project,and verified the feasibility of the model.This paper established a reasonable evaluation of prefabricated construction evaluation model,the level of environmental protection can be used to project construction resource conservation and pollution control aspects of the evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the level of environmental protection,has the strong practical significance,prefabricated building and green building for the future study of combining the comprehensive evaluation to provide the reference.
