With the rapid growth of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the volume of jewelry testing business has also risen sharply.There are some problems,such as low data acquisition efficiency,long data transmission time,insufficient server storage space and low security of jewelry certificates in the inspection management system of jewelry inspection agency.Therefore,the traditional jewelry inspection information management system has been difficult to adapt to the modern jewelry inspection needs,and it is urgent to innovate and improve.To address these issues,this thesis designs and implements a service-oriented jewelry inspection information management system,which can run on different operating systems and development platforms,and uniformly uses JSON data format to ensure data consistency and transmission reliability.The research content of this thesis is as follows.(1)Automatic jewelry weight data acquisition.Based on RS232 interface,real-time online acquisition of electronic data from weighing balances produced by different manufacturers is realized.Meanwhile,error correction algorithms are used to ensure the accuracy of real-time collected data.It greatly reduces the workload of inspectors to manually input weighing data and improves the efficiency of inspection.(2)Compression and decompression of jewelry inspection data.Based on the LZ series of eight compression algorithms for jewelry inspection data compression experiments,the results show that when the network transmission speed is low,LZMA and XZ compression algorithms are more efficient,and in other cases,LZ4 algorithm is more efficient.Therefore,the appropriate compression algorithm can be selected in real time according to the network transmission speed to compress the jewelry inspection data and reduce the data transmission time.(3)Jewelry image watermark encryption processing.Based on DCT digital watermarking technology,the encrypted watermark information is inserted in the jewelry pictures to ensure the security of the pictures.After processing,the watermark information will not be lost even after filtering or JPEG compression,which can effectively protect the security and authenticity of jewelry certificates and prevent the certificate from being forged or tampered with.(4)Jewelry image compression.The jewelry image compression algorithm proposed in this thesis will comprehensively consider the network transmission rate,the original image format and size,and the image quality required by the inspection agency these three elements,and adaptively determine the percentage of jewelry image compression to ensure the fast transmission of jewelry image in the current network environment,and also ensure that the compressed jewelry images meet the quality requirements of jewelry inspection agencies for pictures.(5)We Chat payment for jewelry inquiry.We Chat payment function is integrated into the jewelry certificate inquiry module of the jewelry inspection information management system to provide jewelry consumers with fast payment services when using the value-added jewelry certificate inquiry service,and also provides a fast and effective means of payment for jewelry inspection agency fee services.This system solves the main problems existing in the traditional jewelry inspection information management system.It can not only effectively improve the efficiency of jewelry data acquisition and transmission,protect the security of jewelry certificates,but also provide convenient image compression and wechat payment services for jewelry inquiry,so as to better serve consumers.
