| With the continuous development of the economy,people’s requirements for wearing comfort have also begun to increase,making socks have a higher individual demand.In order to meet the needs of users for sports socks and other types of socks to fit the feet,it needs to be customized according to the characteristics of the user’s feet.Existing custom design methods can only guarantee the accuracy of key data such as foot length and foot height,and cannot meet more detailed customization requirements.Therefore,this paper obtains a set of more accurate and continuous process parameters to meet the demand by analyzing the three-dimensional model of hosiery,and uses these parameters to knit hosiery on the machine.The method in this paper can improve the accuracy of hosiery design,reduce the time spent on custom hosiery design,and provide ideas for exploring the method of transforming hosiery 3D models into process parameters.First,according to the knitting process of hosiery,this paper proposes a region segmentation method to segment the 3D model of hosiery into technical regions such as sock tube and sock heel.The method is based on the skeleton of the three-dimensional hosiery model,and according to the shape characteristics of the three-dimensional hosiery model,the position of the sock heel,toe and other process areas is obtained by fitting straight lines and calculating angles on the skeleton.The purpose is to simulate the knitting path of the yarn when the hosiery machine is knitting,obtain the knitting path diagram composed of sampling points,and output the technological parameters of the hosiery for knitting on the machine.Secondly,according to the hosiery knitting process on the circular hosiery machine,this paper proposes a hosiery process parameter analysis method.After the hosiery 3D model is input,based on the hosiery ring and the sampling axis of the hosiery 3D model,iterative sampling is performed on the surface of the hosiery 3D model using sampling points representing coils.Thirdly,according to the method mentioned above,this paper designs and develops the auxiliary design software for hosiery products.Use the SDL2 library to build the software window,and perform 3D image rendering based on Open GL;use C++ to develop various functional modules of the software,including the model loading module,the opening position determination module,etc.Finally,the feasibility of the method in this paper is verified by size comparison.A variety of different types of hosiery 3D models are used as input to obtain process parameters,which are input into the circular hosiery machine for knitting,and hosiery is obtained as output,and the size of each part of the input model and output hosiery is compared.The results show that the error between the size of various input hosiery 3D models and the corresponding output hosiery size is less than 6%,which verifies the feasibility of the method in this paper. |
