Research On Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

In the process of implementing the "rural revitalization" strategy,the economy of China’s urban and rural areas has been further developed.The construction of new rural areas,the construction of rural concentrated residential areas,the renovation of rural housing and other projects have greatly improved the living environment of rural residents.At the same time,the rapid development of agriculture and animal husbandry has significantly increased the per capita net income and production and living standards of farmers.However,with the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of rural economy,there are also a lot of environmental problems,one of the most important problems is the treatment of rural household sewage.Although China has made some achievements in the field of urban sewage treatment in the past few years,there are still many problems in the field of rural domestic sewage treatment.In order to realize the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the comprehensive development and prosperity of rural areas,the rural domestic sewage treatment capacity should be strengthened urgently.In order to effectively avoid the damage to the local environment caused by living and production sewage,the prevention and control of rural domestic sewage is not only an important aspect of the construction of rural ecological civilization,but also a realistic demand for improving rural living environment.Based on this,this paper takes R County of S Province as the case for analysis and judgment.According to the research status and actual situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in R County,the work of rural domestic sewage treatment in R County is summarized from the aspects of rural domestic sewage treatment methods,discharge standards,facility construction and treatment mechanism.From the perspective of collaborative governance and multiple governance,It is analyzed that the root causes of the difficulties of rural sewage treatment are five aspects: the main body of treatment is single,the market mechanism is not perfect,the villagers’ awareness of environmental protection is shallow,the domestic sewage treatment capital investment is insufficient and the coordination of multi-subject treatment is not high.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the treatment of rural domestic sewage in R County,and thinks that to strengthen the treatment of rural domestic sewage must be implemented from five aspects: first,transform the functions of the government and establish a "multi-center" treatment operation mechanism;Second,improve the market mechanism of domestic sewage treatment;Third,support and guide the participation of social forces to expand the sources of capital investment in sewage treatment;Fourth,strengthen the propaganda,enhance the subjective initiative of villagers;Fifth,we need to establish a mechanism for multiple coordination and integration to increase the depth and breadth of main participants’ participation.It provides a good water environment for the green and sustainable development of R County,improves the overall level of rural domestic sewage treatment in R County,provides a reference model for similar rural domestic sewage treatment problems in western areas,and also provides ideas for rural domestic sewage treatment in other areas,and strives to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.
