Study On Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment In Daming Town

Rural domestic sewage treatment is the key work of rural construction in China and the United States at present,and it is one of the important contents of promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and its treatment effect is related to the long-term healthy development of economy and society in rural areas of China.In recent years,with the implementation of policies related to rural domestic sewage treatment,China’s rural domestic sewage treatment has made some achievements,but there is still a certain gap between the overall results and the expectations of the people and the requirements of rural construction in the United States,and it is urgent to speed up the treatment process.Taking Daming Town of Ningcheng County as an example,this thesis studies the present situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in China.Based on the current situation of rural sewage treatment in Daming Town,Ningcheng County,this thesis takes the methods of literature research and investigation as research methods,the theory of multi-co-governance,the theory of public goods and the theory of sustainable development as analysis tools,and concludes that there is insufficient participation of social forces in the process of domestic sewage treatment in Daming Town.The governance efficiency of functional departments is low;Imperfect governance infrastructure;Lack of effective supervision in rural domestic sewage treatment.On this basis,the attribution analysis shows that the scientific and efficient governance mechanism has not yet been formed;Multi-head management of functional departments;Insufficient capital investment;The imperfect governance and supervision system is the main reason for the problem.Finally,in view of the problems existing in Daming Town,from the perspective of government,market,rural residents and other multi-subjects,the corresponding governance countermeasures are put forward,including the establishment of a multi-governance operation system;Clarify the responsibilities and powers of the governance department;Construct a diversified fund-raising mechanism;Improve the governance and supervision system,with a view to contributing to promoting the rural revitalization strategy,building livable and suitable businesses and beautiful villages.
